i know it is not good to compare apple to orange. Currently m drawing 2.4 Lakhs/month Gross with benefits+ Company stocks of 1 lakh/Year. I have total 12 years of experience in Cybersecurity in same company and is 34 Years of age. Should it make sense to apply for Scales 5. ? If Yes, Am i underqualified as I believe scale 5 must be a Senior management with many experiences years.
