I can hold that note and longer. It's all about how long and how trained you are as a singer. If you sing for a while under training (I'm in choir at school. that can be considered training.) Then it gradually loosens your vocal chords to the point where your voice is tuned perfectly and your lungs also gradually gain capacity, allowing you to hold out longer notes.

Actually, I think Denmark was doing the chanting/rapping. When Japan and Denmark switched, the high note was still being hit and the picture of Norway was still up. Plus we already know that Norway is a tenor with a pretty big upper range based on other sections of the video.
