Thank you for the demo..I bought a cheaper version of this from Amazon in color brown and got a damaged piece delivered. I returned it but I was sceptical about buying this product again as it was a bit more expensive. Now I can go ahead and buy again 😊

Cleaning performance is very good, but seriously build quality is not good, not durable at all. Rod joint get break easily, bottom joint is poor

I used it for five-six months and later the refills got damaged. And online refills are not available. So the later is waste.

Hello, Flat mop refills are not available and those that come with the mop also deteriorate in 3-4 months. And flat mop is waste again. But I have been using a round mop for eight years. I'm still using the old bucket. And refills and rod can be purchased online when damaged.
Not Durable !! I have purchased the product twice but it broke from the lower joint (see attached pic) within 3 months of use.
Product is easy to use but less durable. Company should think to replace the plastic link joint with steel or equivalent high strength material as it is critical part of the mop.
After purchase where i can buy extra mop refills for this producd in future.
