When I was looking at houses in 2008 and 2009 (I looked at so many) one of them was a true 5 bedroom house. There was even a random open space upstairs in addition to the 5 bedrooms, for hanging out, I guess. It wasn't near as nice as this, but it was really big and had the pantry of my dreams - it was a walk-in pantry that you could have put a twin sized bed in. Although it was around $150k, it really was too much house for me, and hopefully there is a nice family living there who can appreciate the space.

Beautiful home. Feels newer with the updates. It amazes me people selling their home leave the dehumidifiers out in the basement finished area which is a red flag for me. Does the basement leak? I’d put it in the back by the furnace away from the windows if I was selling. They can run the furnace fan continuously with the basement vents opened and make sure there is a return air vent in the basement and that usually takes care of the musty smell it its not a bad water problem. The master bath area between the toilet and shower looks like it could get weird with opening the shower door to the toilet. Feels a little tight with the half wall next to the toilet. I wish the garage was a little deeper even with being 3 car it feels like it would be tight.
