Thanks to Birla's Parvai Team for this video and introducing Mr Elangovan... I approached Mr Elango from Tuticorin for my Honda Civic 2007 Model. I have actually changed a new suspension but it was very stiff and i didnt like it at all. Civic is best for its soft suspension and i missed it. When i spoke to Mr Elango, he said, just send the OE sturts, will work on it. I sent to him from Tuticorin and told that I want the actually Civic soft suspension effect. He did it and i really love it. Great work Mr Elangovan Team. Its very hard to find such professional people nowadays. Keep up the good work.
I went to Elango's shop after watching this video, am very much satisfied with his work, the suspension feels new one, his dedication in work was wow, he only allows you to take back your car only if he is satisfied with the work, he gave warranty for 6 months, that's great, Thanks for Birla bro and Elango Bro.

As you mentioned in this video, not many workers are ready to explain qhat they do. This is main reason, many car owners prefer to replace suspension rather than attempting once to repair it. Also to complement the camera angle were prefer on this, request to consider adding subtitles so that I could share this valuable information to outstation other state friends as well.. Tried this place after seeing your video sir , changed full suspension and in less than one year of moderate usage on my swift , everything is gone and I need to spend another 30k to change the entire suspension to a new setup . I regret going here . With no disrespect to your content and your work , and with no personal vengeance against the shop owner , I just wanted to share my realtime experience.
We regret to hear about your recent experience. With over a decade of expertise in reconditioning car shock absorbers and thousands of satisfied customers. we find it highly unlikely that all four shock absorbers would fail simultaneously, and we would not typically rework an entire suspension system. If there was an error on our part, you could have consulted us before spending 30k; we would have rectified it at no cost to you. The shock absorbers you get from the company are not the same quality as those that come with a new car. It's important to understand that these shock absorbers do not last 5-10 years. Even new spare shock absorbers often last only 1-2 years, and we've had a lot of customers with new shock absorber fail within months. Just last week, a customer faced an issue with a new shock absorber that got air locked, and after replacing it with one of ours, they were fully satisfied. Shock absorber failures can occur even with new company spares. We regret that you spent 30k when a more value-for-money solution was available with us.
@@elangovanela8073 I had to make multiple visits to your workshop for the rear suspension just to find out that all replacements done with your products ended up becoming faulty and you wanted to try with a new one finally and upon doing that I have not faced any issues. The front made some noise in the first test drive itself from your work shop but you told me it was the brake calipers but I got that changed too but the sound kept getting worse and then not much later did I find out that my entire front suspension needed a change too , once again. With all due respect ,and no intention of demeaning you, you say its highly unlikely ,but my car is just a stock Swift thats daily driven on the same roads other cars run.

It's better to fix new suspension rather than rework, Expect lifespan of 1 year. I am installing new suspension for my swift diesel for whcih I have reworked a year back with Muthu shock absorbers.

Hi bro , Super video bro , very clearly explaoned about shock absorber , i have few doubts , 1, In the previous video you have mentioned about rubber springs for height increase or more regidity , Is it good use confirm with muthu bro it is not asked 2. another can we increase ground clearance of the car from OEM std like my car has 160mm only if weighted add it also redecued i need to increase by another 100mm is it possoble ? 3. How much will cost general shock absorber rework
got my 100cc bike rear suspension reconditioning work , in some other shop in Tamil Nadu, he charged 350 to 500 each. But it was still stiff or hard after reconditioning so again have to spend Rs 1500 each new one. But new one performance is 50- 80% better performance than reconditioned. I have lower back pain in spinal cord so i can feel the difference in new suspension. This suspension job don't have any apparatus to measure like tachometer, voltmeter or pressure gauges. So how can you compare results scientifically performance of new, reconditioned, and old. Its only feeling which is relatively so some customers are not satisfied. Or is there any apparatus? But i guess in this video is the shop owner much better.
It is depening on the buadget but as i personaly replaced for my swift car but it was a bad experience with this recimdition struuts they might give 1 year garnutte also but lot of head ace and time waste as old is old then i bot smar parts with mahavir madroyal and very happy with the new product and zero comaplint
Very good place for shock absorbers issues. Both owner and the team boys know their stuffs. They did a shock absorber rework for my car. Very satisfied with the output. Rate is also very genuine. They did the work today for my car, after that the ride is very smooth
my swift was 14 years old. Problem Week suspension It has vibration while going from 30 to 60 km, then it become smooth. Engine bed sound while raising small speed. Today I gave for service, 6k for service in suspension alone, many issues wear and tear in many parts. So total it costs 15k After service, Just moving the car in 1st gear, I can feel the diffrence in movement. Week suspension - Fixed, can feel the diffrence It has vibration while going from 30 to 60 km, then it smooth. - Fixed Engine bed sound while raising speed. - Low sound now. He recommended another mechanic to fix the Engine bed issues, he told this before giving to service I will update this comment after few months about this performance.

Force and pressure are linked concept. Needle pressure on skin / tyre breaks open the surface. Force 70kg Area of contact 0.2 square mm on a circular surface approx 350kg/ mm2 If you hit it hard it can go higher . But i can says how many tons force but many skilled workers accomplish tasks ( 70%) with hammer when they can't afford hydraulic press. Anytime press will have more power and even force
I a not in Favour of changing the basic design like change from hard design shock absorber to soft design .replacing one to one or servicing with same specification is ok.Designer must consist of many aspect or condition in designing the system which we do know.
I have done three recondition work with Muthu shock absorbers 3 years ago. Good and nice work

Check Right side tri shaft oil seal and tri shaft. See there was full of oil leak
