I think it was all the lush greenery, beautiful ancient stones, pretty buildings, and churches that got to me the most, and then ‘Buddy’ wagged his tail and personalised everything. The gentle music helped set the scene too, Yep, that’s the England I know and love, and September winds us down to say farewell to Summer, and set us on our path to saying hello to socks again in preparation for Autumn.

i like the views in england when it snows it dosnt happen every year and some times snow is only around a few days but when you are so used to the colours its a nice change to have a white blanket over everything

It is an early autumn this year, leaves are turning colour and falling far earlier than usual here in the UK. We haven't had a very hot summer and it's been very breezy, at least where I live.
The Georgian crescent shown is in Bath in Somerset. A city worth visiting for its Roman remains (including a Roman bath - hence Bath's name) as well as Georgian architecture.

This video shows the upper reaches of the Thames to the west of London in Berkshire, parts of Wiltshire, ending in Windsor. These are all parts of the kingdom of Wessex. Anglo-Saxon England was divided into the kingdoms of Wessex, Mercia, East Anglia and Northumbria. The symbol for Wessex was a Sea Serpent. The rainy season in late Autumn can result in severe flooding of the rivers such as the Thames, Wye and Severn.

yea even today when i've come back to ireland from spain, turkey, dubai on holiday over the years or even usa it always feels like im going into colour mode again or something or the saturation has been cranked way up, even a rainy day in ireland in the winter can be so vibrant and green.

Nice gentle original vid. I am glad you recognise that seeing London is not seeing England. London deserves getting to know better than most travel vids show, because it has grown from villages and now you walk a few streets and find the character of the area has changed, because you are in the next village. Keep Reacting!

I lived for a time in LA California. People complain about the rain here in the UK but when I was there I used to pray for the rain. Oh how I wanted it to rain. That's why we have so much greenery, rivers, waterfalls and lush vegetation. When it rained here in the UK my Californian wife would purposefully leave the house to stand in the rain.

I know that feeling from when I spent time in California. I began to get fed up of constant sun and really missed rain.

@valeriedavidson2785 Well I wouldn't go That far .But walking through the Derbyshire Peak District. Definitely Lifted my spirits. I'm Derbyshire and Grew up walking and Mountain biking. So it has my heart, But any County of the UK would have Lifted me up .Just the Greenery and yes Rain .

We have a crazy amount of stuff that stays green, especially over in ireland, so the colour change maybe isnt always as vibrant and dramatic as like germany or parts of the usa.
