If you find that the powdered soap is staying in the little container in the upper left, you need to replace the water inlet valve on the back of the machine left side. The soap would just sit there in clumps and back up so I would have to add soap inside the drum directly. I did replace all three parts mentioned, but the water inlet made the machine feel like brand new. My drain pump did go out prior to this and that was a showstopper with a different code. Genius, cleaned the drain filter, inlet filters, but it was the stupid flowmeter on it's side that fixed my F 20, thanks brah !
