Break down of his packing list Essential Gear: Clothing: Riding socks (2 pairs) Evening socks (1 pair) Motorbike riding trousers and Motocross trousers Shorts for evening wear Underwear (3 pairs, use the inside-out tactic to extend wear) Warm trousers (if traveling in colder weather) MX t-shirts (2 for driving) Evening t-shirt Light raincoat (for hot conditions) or Gore-Tex raincoat (for cold conditions) Thermal base layers (thermal trousers and t-shirt, if necessary) Waterproof trousers (only for cold trips) Safety Gear: Motocross boots Protective knee and elbow guards (Forcefield Pro Tubes) Air Max gloves (thin gloves for breathability) ADV gloves for extreme cold Lightweight helmet (Fly Carbon MX) Motocross goggles or sunglasses Electronics: Minimal charging setup (one cable, one wall socket, one power pack) Lightweight tablet (e.g., Samsung S7 with Bluetooth keyboard) for easy packing Compact camera (Sony RX0 for photos, avoid bulky DSLR if not essential) Spare phone for navigation instead of mounting a primary phone on the bike Additional Tips: Use a backpack rain cover or waterproof bags. Opt for bungees or Rock Straps for securing luggage. Ship non-essentials and use hotel laundry services to travel light. Focus on a streamlined packing process to avoid lengthy load/unload times. Thanks for the video
My travel bag weighs like 8kg. It pays to pack light when doing the HCM to Hanoi trip. I about ruined my laptop though by keeping it in a Givi box on the Honda Winner 150cc and it shook the crap out of it until i noticed a little ways past Da Nang. Don't do that! 😅
Disagree. All content on Tigit site is recorded using 6 litre saddle bags on Enduro bikes. Sure if you have a photography setup not designed for adventure then it is a problem. But there are lightweight options out there.
John is there anyway to reach out to you via social media or email? I feel like I already know you but still have a couple of questions as I’m about to embark on my first solo travel to Thailand / Vietnam….would love to hear from you ! Cheers, Shayne
That is why you have 3 pairs? Now you have 2 backup. In seriousness though, they don't steal. They just mix up laundry all the time, so someone else gets your stuff. I have actually never used hotel laundry services :)

Hi Jon, you need to insert a video link at 8.27 :P
Video in production. But yes, thanks!
Didn't realize you watched the channel.
Take about half what you think you'll need. I've got it right after so many years.
About 1/4 :)
@@Tigitmotorbikes Maybe. 1/2 was just a generic figure. I have been doing it so long now that everything I take, I use.
Some people carry photography gear, you get easily past your "you don't need more than 15kg"
Disagree.

Dude, the laundry service will steal your underwear. It’s no fun riding commando for a week.
That is why you have 3 pairs?
