@@derekclay9314 To be honest with you though, that might not have been too far away from the truth. A lot of the robots in the Brave series were either rejected, unused, or recycled Transfomers designs. Go on Google & take a close look at Zaozarigun & Death Gary gun (both from Goldran) & then G1 Scorponok & Sky Garry. Also the Dino Geists from ExKaiser look familiar too...
@@RedLeader1998 well I don't know the english name cause i watched it under Cantonese dub. But this was one of my favorite anime when i was little. Would deadass put the disc back to watch again
Holy crap! J-Decker really transforms so similar to Star Convoy it's not funny. The only reason I'm surprised is because I've never owned J-Decker, but I have Star Convoy though.
the reason might be due to his combination gimmick with duke fire which duke fire was based on a unsued hot rod concept which would have hot rod form a powerup for star convoy
@@pisfool3860That's actually a misconception, while it is similar, the similarities were a coincidence since the designer of Duke Fire didn't even know about that Rodimus design at the time he made Duke Fire.
That actually happens at the final battle in Might Gaine, except you see Maito behind Might gaine's mouthplate and not another robot Like J-Decker here. =P
@@dol_mel7487 well compared to something like Super Beast Machine God Dancouga, an anime that came out like 10 years prior to this, this show is pretty bad. While J-Decker beats Dancouga out in terms of animation quality (as much as I love the show, I’m not stupid. Dancouga’s animation is far from its strongest point) Dancouga has much better writing, a consistent antagonist who doesn’t come straight the fuck outta nowhere, better music, and some very human, very emotional moments to it. The only show in the Brave saga I think came close to Dancouga’s writing was Dagwon, the black sheep of the saga but also my favorite.
Prowl would love this anime
I bet that he would get jealous as heck
If Prowl were to ever recieve a Godmaster up-grade, this would definately be a dead-ringer.
Aw fuck yeah man you just blew my mind wide open with that ideq

I ❤️ that idea
Imagine if Rodimus prime had this form
Fun fact: Fire Duke from this anime was initally planned as an upgrade design for Hot Rod, until it was scrapped and repurposed.

Well, it's your regular policeman "suit-up" for SWAT, after all.
Radical
So is Goldran's transformation, well it has a robot/car that forms the chest at least. :D

No. J Decker is a totally different mold from Star Convoy.
