By introducing the CELL in the Factory, the productivity increased as well the bottleneck too got removed. Having a win-win situation at the end as not just one but 2 CELLS got established! Time efficiency always leads to more and less outputs respectively. One of the major learning from this vedio is just by immediate feedback, we removed an entire reworking cell, which increased our quality skills and output. By making different cells with all required working facilities , we can reduce the time consumed and defects. By making different cells with all required working facilities , we can reduce the time consumed and defects.
