I'm no engineer but why 10 years? Union payroll? I lived near the Rt146 exit in Millbury/Worcester during that 10 year construction, it was during the big dig so most people didn't notice. 10 years sounds like they're just extending the life of an ATM machine.
my thought was clearly written but it looks like if they get the finances right without again it's mistakes after mistakes please try to get the math planning and every detail right the more on this so called project by closing lane after lane down will cause angry drivers to cause mayhem now do you want this to continue year after year? the whole state is one giant problem anyway higher taxes ? disgusting
and to add to it you will face issues ahead and not only frustrations as well to my thought of the whole thing big mistakes are waiting to happen and it's the biggest mistake so far ever made if you want to go ahead make your 1st giant mistake ever or you can go ahead with that project and waste trillions of our dollars you do know you need to sit down with both the Mayer and Govenor of Massachusetts and pass the bill before going forward
