So how well do you think James Heller would’ve been like if he was an Avenger/Shield Agent?

If I recall correctly this does happen in one episode of the first seasons, Bart mocks Homer by making comics in which he becomes a parody of the hulk. Later in the episode with green paint he becomes the hulk, I believe even Stan Lee makes a cameo...
honestly I feel a more fitting and more personal adversary would be Brian Banner grown to some level where he doesn't implode on himself, possibly with the aid of some variant of the MCU Leader.
This story would mainly effect the main time line because if you said that this hulk was the one after the new york battle, the next battle is Ultron himself. So banner wouldve already known about ultron and maybe even wouldnt have created him at all, and that means that vision is not created and that affects a lot of events.

I Pictured A Version Of World War Hulk Being A Multiverse Story Both In Comics And Animated Or Live-Action Film Form Which Could Bring Back Eric Bana And Edward Norton Together With Mark Ruffalo In A Live-Action Movie.
