Well now I'm 40 years old and been listening to this music for like 20 years and have long hair and wished that I would still have a girl like that.

ehh... young ones are so full of this won't go away feeling. It may not go away, or it could. You may change tastes, who knows what's to come? It depends on too many factors to tell that so soon. I am 34 and I can say this stick for sometime longer as it became the part of how I define myself. Anyways just keep listening what motivates you and what you like and don't constrain yourself to some genres or to what others tell or think. At the end it's you who listens to it :) Oh and try to find the bands you like before their members are dead or the band got disbanded... no live shows otherwise :(

Ok only 53 , Had children and married . Now children older gone back to wearing Black - Hey sisters of mercy playing in London this month lets go back and have some fun . This time my youngest daughter joining me . Is it a phase -- - no just had to put up with life until now
I'm 40 and this mix makes me remember my gothic side around early 2000. I used to live in a hot ass city, but I didn't care. I was so committed to them. Thank you to the Goth community for making us feel we belong.. somewhere.

Thanks so much! I hadn't heard any new music that had me tapping in yonks. I love this Sisters/Mission(ish) rhythm guitar driven rock. So many bands that are new to me to explore. Back in the 80's peoe.were making fanzines and promoting pirate compilation/mix tapes. I ended up with shopping bags full of them. They gave a taste of bands I mightn't have otherwise heard as I lived rural and remote, so I only heard radio music at parties, all Punk and Goth(bar home-grown-N.Z.) was only available on import, so as dear as poisen. Excuse the waffle, all that to say thanks for sharing! May a dog never whelp in your bed.... unless it's your dog.... or she found no where else... you get it.
