Me and one of my bffs knew his birthday was in approximately one month. We decided to make him 100 paper throwing stars. We kept telling him we were making him a gift he would love but he kept saying he didn’t need a gift. When we gave it to him he tried to give it back before opening it and said I don’t need a gift. We told him to just open it and then decide if he needed/wanted it. I have never seen him cry but when he opened the gift his eyes teared up and he hugged both of us. That had to be the highlight of my day. To this day he still has throwing stars left over.
