For people with cystic acne you need to know this. Do not eat dairy products.. yes im referring to milk, cheese, butter etc. I know it is hard but you need to make sacrifices. Tipong pag may celebration halos lahat ng handa may cheese or milk so maiiyak ka na lng. Spag, macaroni, lasagna, cordon bleu, buttered chicken or shrimp. Maski ice cream 95% may milk product so nono, go vegan ice cream mejo mapapahal ka nga lng. Maski junk food ganun din. If mag chocolate bar ka nman make sure di sya milk chocolate. Go dark chocolate. Pati cake alamin nyo ingredients kase majority may milk derivative so goodluck. So sacrifice iz real hahaha.
Bibihira naman celebrations eh, kahit kumain ka nalang muna para ma-enjoy yung celebration, lalo na kung worth it naman. Piliin din naman magsaya kahit minsan, di naman halos araw-araw yan eh. This is really helpful and will definitely try it. I didn't have the chance to hear the whole vid but most face products needs skin testing and most of them says try it in the back of your ear to test if it will cause severe irritation but still proceed with face product carefully.
I have been suffering from deep acne scars for almost a year now. And it's really really uglyyy, sometimes, i feel depressed about it and i almost always give up because i noticed that there are no products that can heal it. I have hyperpigmentation and acne scars, It eased a lot like really a lot, just by using oxecure products for just about 3 months but I used rejuvenating set for a week or 2 and rest for 1 week before using the products of oxecure... I use prebio serum, toner and the mud something (forgot the name) by the way I don't use their sulfur soap, it dries my skin so much... Just use mild cleanser.... Anyway just don't depend on their toner use other toner with niacinamide, I do that most of the time . . . BTW... If you have bacne and chestne use the oxecure toner, it helped me a lot... The toner is kinda oily after applying but it will be aborbed quickly, and it's good for oily skin... Just because it has an oily feeling doesn't mean it'll make you oily😉😉👌
It depends po sa lalim ng scars, if noticeable na malalim talaga, tretinoin is not really an ideal choice, marami pong scars treatment na pwedeng i try like chemical peel or laser treatment 🙂

Im battling my depressed scars..i tried CO2 laser for 12sessions but didn't work..now im using micro needling for months now but can't see progress yet but i will continue micro needle.i ordered tretinion cream 0.05 to shopee waiting to arrive. Hope it will work this time
What? Don't do micro needling if you're planning to use tretinoin! It will destroy your skin barrier :(( as mush as possible avoid harsh products if you are on tret.

Ive been using rejuvinating set before na nag cocontaine ng active ingredients which is retinol then diko malaman kung purging or breakouts kaya tinigil ko...then ive try so many rejuv. After that ei gang ngaun problema ko po to acne marks and scars ko...
Hindi mo kelangan ng maraming products. A simple facial wash, toner, and moisturizer with no harmful ingredients is more than enough to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Ginagamit ko ngayon is Celeteque hydration facial wash, celeteque hydration toner, and aloe vera soothing gel. Tatlo lang gamit ko pero sobrang nawala mga tigyawat ko within 2 months. Mild lang din ingredients list nila walang alchohol.

Mag one month na ako gumagamit ng Tretinoin. I think tapos na ako sa purging stage though meron paring mga active pimples na lumalabas pero di na tulad ng dati. Hoping na maclear or mawipe out na talaga mga pimples ko💖 Anyways, very informative yung video mo. Thanks pooo☺️💖

Lactic acid, azelaic 20% & adapalene 0.1 ang prescribed sakin ng doctor ko and 1 week palang nakatulong na sa acne scars ko

Mag one month na ako gumagamit ng Tretinoin. I think tapos na ako sa purging stage though meron paring mga active pimples na lumalabas pero di na tulad ng dati. Hoping na maclear or mawipe out na talaga mga pimples ko💖 Anyways, very informative yung video mo. Thanks pooo☺️💖

god is good i believe ur godsent to us hopeless.......May pag asa pa talaga in my case minimal marks lang and a minimal pores also textures and for that i feel psychologically hopeless but now i know there is hope thank you po❤❤❤❤
