Great video. Very honest. Friendly suggestions, Edmonton has 2 seasons, winter, which is cold and dark, except for 7 or 8 hours of daytime sun. Summer has long days, 6 am till 10 pm of sun, mild temperatures with a few hot days thrown in (as opposed to just saying its hot, not for people from southern climates). Most Edmontonians work or go to school in the winter, and lots of construction work happens only in the summer, but so does lots of Summer sports, BBQ, festivals, lakes and mountain trips. Very green, ravines and river valley. Many people take a winter holiday to Mexico, Phoenix, etc. and older retired people spend part of their winter down South, if they can afford it. And yes, Edmonton is a great place for families, good schools for kids, and many kids love winter, although cell phones are taking away from what I grew up with. (hockey is big now). Good job. You captured the essence of winter in Edmonton!
Thanks for watching and for the great comment! You are definitely right about many of those things! We do love winter in Edmonton and the fun things there are to do outside! Arizona does sound nice in the winter though doesn't it?!🔥
I'm from the south of Spain and actually i'm living in mid east england and even though all those cons... I'll be moving to Edmonton with my wife and son in three years time....I Hope you're still working as realtor cause i'd like to ask you where to live and use your services Cheers
Hello! I will definitely still be an agent! I have been doing this for over 13 years and grew up in the business so it runs in my blood! Looking forward to helping you one day!
@@liveinedmonton Thanks indeed...to be honest we haven't met but I love the way you tell all the tricks and all the info you have...will be a pleasure to meet you and work with you to find "the home". cheers
Edmonton is a welfare pit, great place to be if you want to be looked after by the govt, in ANY season, you only move here to work, when you retire you move as far away from here as you can, it is expensive and nothing more then a welfare state.
Do you love Edmonton winters? What is your favorite pro and most hated con?!! Comment below!
Edmonton just sucks all year round. I stay indoors from October to March - it's not like I'm missing anything anyway.
Thanks for being so honest!!!
Always! Thanks for watching!!
