I gotta say (write?) that I've searched for a bloody decent version of this song for a very, very long time. The so called best one had a guitar recorded down as a vocal track too and it was SO annoying. So, thank you. Thumbs up n' all that goodness.
OH NO WAY!!! I was literally just replying to you and had no idea you did this song! My brother I swear hearing this song done with your level of brilliance and passionate playing.....yeah I'll admit it, I had tears in my eyes more than a little. When this movie/soundtrack came out originally, I won't spout no cliches or platitudes but let's say I needed some music I could scream out and I needed people to scream with me - you know that place? And bam just like that I was writing again, recorded a few of my songs but when I heard 'A Welcome Burden' and 'Forsaken' I vowed I'd record them and do a passable job at it too even if I had to steal someone else's talent (which is what people used to call using "those dumb singalong tracks") or just rip someone's pipes out thru their teeth to use myself! LOL (figures of speech I was never violent to anyone but me) The moral of the story is I got AWB done pretty well but never did Forsaken. And nobody i've ever played with could do these insanely perfect instrumentals like you do! No this old hard krank ain't about to attempt it LoL at least not in public. But you can believe it I couldn't keep from singing it tonight so thankfully I'm alone and didn't make nobody's ears bleed!!! I can't believe you did that song my friend - It made me smile inside beyond my ability to convey.

Have you ever considered doing Slept So Long from this soundtrack? Jay Gordon (Orgy) performs it but Jonathan Davis wrote it. One of my favorite songs. I know you do mostly Disturbed just curious! :-)
