However, that being said you shouldn’t speed in high traffic areas, stay towards the middle of the road closest to the center line so you are more visible if a commuter looks down the road they’ll see you better.
Thank you for touching on all the points we have been discussing people really don't understand that every Dyno reads a little bit different ours traditionally makes one to two more horsepower than yours but as far as the games we make about the same I will note though just adjusting fuel for mr12 you're not going to get everything out of it we had to do timing work to get what mr12 wanted
Had a great time out there and got the bike back to Oklahoma a few days ago. I am planning on running nitrous on it eventually and hope to be able to bring the bike back for the more mafia guys to work on it.
What might be the chance you would test several other fuels? Sunoco, VP, Renegade ect...? EX02, MS109 U4.4, 260GT plus. All are available almost everywhere and only around $100. I'd bet some are pretty close to mr12 or possibly even more. Everyone only advertises MR12 and nothing else. Could help the rest of us out a lot. Much appreciated!
190 hmm. Gen 2 Hayabusa have less head and cam profile the way it say..... 200-203 max whp on mr12 with ultimate tuned. Why Gen 3 get higher level head and cam to make 10 whp less? maybe suzuki lie about Gen 3
I don’t think I’ve seen you test the Voodoo full exhaust system. I gained 16 hp and 7 ft pounds of torque on my 22 Busa with the flash and tune. (Pump gas)

Hi Chris I’m a big fan of your Chanel and have a General drag racing question!!!… I’m fairly fit and have average blood pressure… but on one of my very infrequent trips to a drag strip on a fairly stock Hayabusa the bike hooked up really hard and just floated the front wheel a couple of inches! On that run I felt a bit of head fog/vertigo ( blood draining from my head maybe ? ). How do you cope with a 700bhp hard launch?? Do you ever get a head rush - what sort of ‘g’s do you pull. And or is there something you do to prevent it?? I often wonder when you see a funny bike crash, whether it was mechanical, rider error or whether they loose consciousness with the sudden acceleration!??… just curious!?
Should the pop and bangs tunes on a map switch then it can be turned and off for those whom get it and imo the perfect stretch is none at all unless u race and absolutely need it but from my own personal experience stretching the bike takes all the fun out of riding it on the streets
When is somebody gonna turbo one of these "bad boy" reduced power Gen 3's? I have a turbo gen 2 at about 300hp on 93, I'd love to see what the Gen 3 will do with a RCC kit.
Has anybody tried a cam swap on these yet? Seems like they are seriously strangled at the top end. I wonder if some properly spec'd cams would get real close to 200whp and not lose anything significant from that fat juicy midrange.

You are very famous! 7.911 is nigh impossible but it's possible with perfect drag set up. I always thought about head/ cam on your 2020 GSX-R1000 AND LET'S SEE WHAT IT DOES! 7.7'S? LOL
MR12 is good for racing but not everyday use. I have to adjust the idle when switching from pump gas to MR12 and adjust again when I switch back. It's pricey but for racing it's unbeatable.
I would go e85, but no thanks on the VP liquid unobtanium. Most people probably bracket race stock bikes anyway, so it's consistency and not peak HP that puts you in the circle at the end of the day.
If you're a racer, horsepower is priceless I try to tell people all the time. Sometimes I get laughed at titanium Hardware on all the rotating parts, 525 chain conversion, aluminum sprockets lighter Wheels next thing you know ounces add up to pounds. Is it noticeable for the everyday person casually riding their bikes of course not but when you're scrapping for tents and we remove a second, heck yeah every bit counts
For every day riders the Busa in it's stock form is a fun and fast bike. The stock cans may be heavy but they allow you to rip and tear up the streets without telling everyone within a 1 mile radius. I left my 08 Limited Busa stock and it was a fun "stealthy bike" to ride, heavy but fun. The only thing I didn't like was the on off light switch throttle at cruising speeds. Moore Mafia could easily tune that out. Good midrange power is where it's at when riding on the streets. Want to go really fast buy a 1000cc super sport bike modify it then turn Moore Mafia loose on the engine controller and hang on for dear life.🤕
Some folks can’t afford the bikes they purchase but still buy them, some folks have an unlimited budget which is f’ing awesome. However, most average guys and ladies piecemeal it and do what they can do because they’re on a budget. Me, I fall in the middle. I have a good income and my wife and I both work, but as a lot of people I haven’t unsatisfiable need for speed, but my need for speed outweighs, my ability honestly to, do the modifications and the time needed to master the craft racing and thank God my wife for my birthday paid for half of my supercharger kit!!🤘🏼 I knew I married her for a reason lol
Suzuki invests millions in making their Hayabusa handle nimbly and balanced. Then guys buy this wonderful piece of engineering and quickly jerk the rear wheel backward 5 inches and ruin it all. Hahahaha Anyway. Chris when are you going to install a drum brake on that dyno? Save you so much time waiting for the RPM to settle between pulls.

Prob a stupid question... but is e85 a thing on busas and zx14s instead of a race gas like mr12 ect. I know e85 usually requires +30% more fuel then pump gas. just curious. @@busa_joe1159 ...my gen1 14 picked up 5hp and 5 ft/lbs. I added around 33 - 35 % more full on my pc3 map. It wasn't dynotuned by the owner of the dyno. He let me piddle around on it for a couple hrs. He just wanted the maps when I got done. with it . I'm sure a professional could have gotten more out of it. My bike made 187 hp on 87 octane and 191 / 192 on the corn liquor. Oh yeah my injectors were at 97% duty cycle. If not for that I would have added more fuel. It liked running fat.

So what you are saying, is that the new Busa, with a full exhaust, a PCV, full tune for MR12... gets you almost as much power as a stock flashed ZX14R? ;-)
Yes, the ZX14 is more powerful BUT the ‘Busa makes easily 25 more Ft Lbs of torque compared to a liter bike. And that’s a lot. Also, the ZX14 doesn’t have to pass the more stringent sound and emission regulations like the new ‘Busa must.

always love the videos watch them all even when you have the ugly bug eyed kawi's on here lmao i do have a question just since you said to make a comment... how you dual mapped that bike what would the same bike pull on a track 1/4 mile time is there a 0.5 difference from pump gas to mr12 or less i would only think you might gain 0.2 maybe 0.3 from it and to most people unless lots of money or some title is involved that would not justify the difference unless you are always going to the strip and racing people not being good at shifting correctly can cost them that same amount of time so some people might need that advantage
MR12 just doesn't seem worth it for street racing, why not put a small shot of nitrous? Unless you're trying to race for money NA vs NA, then I understand.
Going from $145 to $199 for 5 gallons it’s not worth it.. My tuner keeps telling me to go nitrous but I also want to get an e85 tune so I won’t have to cash out every time for MR12

I have also a 2017 zx14R with a 1660 cc bore and stoke engine hi compression 14 to 1. Made 403 to the rear wheels and I got it tuned from Don gulh at gulh motors. And I have also 2022 Kawasaki H2R. With just a flash. From Don gulh. Busa is over priced. And it doesn’t even hit 200 hp in stock form. Suzuki should have made the busa engine bigger not leaving the Gen 3 busa at 1340 cc they should have made a 1550 cc

@@iginogasparini3369 sounds great...the Busa unfortunately had to pass stringent tests but I can assure you that it goes way better than on paper and is an extremely competent bike on tight corners as much as it is a GT on the highway. .way faster than you would imagine. It would easily match standard 14 figures with right cams but it is already faster in flashed condition and man it rides on a different level.

Yes, overseas I think in Cypress got 213 but lost midrange.

@@clintvosloo7694 I have only Kawasaki. I have 3. 2015 concourse 15. Making 189 rear hp with a zx14R head on it flashed from Ivan performance. I have also a 2017 zx14R with a 1660 cc bore and stoke engine hi compression 14 to 1. Made 403 to the rear wheels and I got it tuned from Don gulh at gulh motors. And I have also 2022 Kawasaki H2R. With just a flash. From Don gulh. Busa is over priced. And it doesn’t even hit 200 hp in stock form. Suzuki should have made the busa engine bigger not leaving the Gen 3 busa at 1340 cc they should have made a 1550 cc

@@brianrainey2739 I don’t track it. I ride it on the street. I got a friend of mine that owns a Kawasaki dealership here in Canada. He registered the H2R street legal. I have a plate on it. And it’s insured as well. I drag race it on the street
@@iginogasparini3369 sounds great...the Busa unfortunately had to pass stringent tests but I can assure you that it goes way better than on paper and is an extremely competent bike on tight corners as much as it is a GT on the highway. .way faster than you would imagine. It would easily match standard 14 figures with right cams but it is already faster in flashed condition and man it rides on a different level.
