That's terrific Pamela! Have you been to Lantana recently? How different was it back then?
When I lived there in 1997/98 & saw a huge stingray jump out of the water while at that beach, it was so quick only a few of us saw it! It was cool.
We used to come over to the Ritz Carlton, just south of there, I think it’s has a different name now, but we’d grab a drink at the bar, and go sit poolside & watch the full moon come up ! It was great fun . I always liked seeing the big tall puffy clouds at night, it was magical !
I love this! Great story, great history. I also went there as the Ritz Carlton. Snazzy place. Still is :) Do you still get back here often these days?

The best thing I did was leave this city its nothing to do boring no good jobs, I live in Hallandale Beach which is next Miami and Hollywood Beach the night life is amazing and its always some were to go and enjoy
Lantana is not for everyone. Glad you are happy. What years did you live in Lantana?
Honestly this is my favorite beach I live right across the street from lake worth casino and beach and right down the street from Phipps ocean park but I always choose to go with Lantana. I love eating and drinking at dune deck while enjoying the sun the super blue water the shallow shores the rocky sea floor and the view of the dunes on top of the sea wall plus it’s never crazy crowded and the skyline of the buildings and resorts along the beach is beautiful
I love this insight! It is not as well-known as some of the other beaches but has great charm. What would be your 2nd favorite?
@@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA that’s a tough one but I love Juno/Jupiter’s beaches very nice. But I really like highland beach in Deerfield private beach very secluded beautiful view

What exactly do you mean Kris? There certainly is more than 1 restaurant in Lantana.

Dune Deck Cafe. Perfect breaky location. Corned beef hash and eggs overlooking the ocean.
John Gs used to be where Mulligans is now at Lake Worth. But is close to Dune Deck in Publix shopping center.
