The carbon block issue. Before purchasing KIA CARENS, I was having KIA SELTOS (Both Diesel top variant). I faced the same issue. I was suggested to use Shell Vpower. After that I didn't face this issue. Do try Shell and see the difference.
Nice Review, I heard that we have the AC condensation issue and stalls in slopes? By any means you had this issue? I stopped my booking because of this issue. Any suggestion adds value .
Wrong conception about the km/hr shown in the reading, it's totally different from actual mileage measured. And when the load is full the car struggles in big leap. But the third row comfort is its biggest plus. The drawback is power of the car, yet suitable for big urban family for its comfort and driveability

Purchased prestige turbo petrol. 12 km/l only. Headlight likes cycle Dynamo no road visual. Low beam ok then high beam. High beam for bumber only. Audio system not worth like transistor. Pick up low from first to second.

My kia sonet htk plus diesel manual 2021 model gives nearly 28.8kmpl in avinashi road coimbatore (inside) from railway station to hopes signal (without AC) its all depends on the driving skills of the driver not to put too much pressure on the accelerator ....i usually dont even press the accelerator i use only clutch and change to higher gears and slowly release the clutch it goes automatically ...no need of presing gas pedal ..if needed just press slightly for pickup and take your leg off the pedal and it runs by itself ....so we cn get more mileage

DPF issue is due to BS4 diesel due to more sulphate deposit.. use only Indian Oil diesel, they are the first to introduce BS6 diesel in all fuel bunk.

Sir in company they say in city diesel 15km per litter ,in highway 18km per litter and service 10k to 12k for paid service. Kia manager gave this information. Your information totally different sir.

Please be aware that KIA Carens condensation issue still not resolved. In August month production car also this issue still persisting, so if you are going to buy Carens do your PDI properly and take the delivery and its very sure that till today delivered vehicle across all varients from Premium to Luxury Plus all Carens condensation issue not resolved. Many times existing Carens owners are reported to KIA directly and through various service centre across country. But KIA not taking any action on the same and just ignoring the complaints.. So those who are booked and waiting be aware of this condensation issue in Carens!!! Kia India #Carens #condensation
