I'm new to the new challenge ❤ I do have a few questions.
#1. Can we leave our hair in a protective style throughout the challenge ? (Mini twist, mini braids)
#2. Is it beneficial to wash our hair weekly ? Or biweekly ?
#3. Are we oiling & scalp massaging our hair between the days before the refresh day in midweek?

I’ve used these conditioners and henna bars but I’m concern if I continue to use them it will make my relaxed dry. Should I continue to used them monthly? Please some here can respond and thanks ❤ 3:53

You can use them on relaxed hair. You may just need more protein in between since you have chemically changed hair
