Well, I was gonna clean the house today, but now I'm feeling inspired to get my gel plate and bubble wrap out instead! Everything was so gorgeous. The string one reminded me of marble, so I'm going to drag the inky string around to see if it would add veining. Super fun ideas with elegant results!

Lovely card. You always have me on the edge of my seat when you go round your die cuts from the front with your black pen! I do mine from the back, then if I go off course😂 I don't mess up my die cut.

Fabulous card!!! I love the large bubble wrap! I didn't think it would make a great smoosher for small cards because of its size, but it makes an AMAZING background on this gel print! The masher print could pass for dotty Easter eggs. 😊 I have a square silicone mat (trivet? jar opener?) in the kitchen with a small grid pattern and a round silicone mat that is used to clean bristles on brushes. The one for brushes has several different grooves of patterns on it (chevrons, lines, dots, etc.). You've opened up all kinds of ideas! You are a fountain of inspiration! 🩷👍👍👍
They all sound great for making prints. I'm definitely going to go around the whole house now, looking for things to make marks with! :)

Love my gel plate, I use it a lot. I've used fabric, textured ribbon, hessian, the tops of pens, netting, leaves, flowers and more but I'm always on the look out for more ideas. You've inspired me to look at my kitchen utensils in a different light 😁

I have been collecting mark makers…one is string and twine wrapped around an empty toilet paper roll..haven used it yet…I like to play with leaves and grasses…and other found things..thanks for the inspiration!

I've only used my gel plate once since I bought it,used with paint and wasn't keen on results. Must try again with oxide inks as I like your prints.The finished card is lovely! TFS.x
