- Everyone, welcome Daisy back from Japan! In this episode, Daisy and Ashley discuss Daisy's trip to Japan, our new Yoseka Green Energel Philography pen, and lots of newly added stationery! This week, we have the 2023 Summer Limited color inks from Lennon Tool Bar, two new sets of Sailor Ink Pens, and the Nagasawa Original 3776 PenStyle Silhouette in Gray/Ivory. Energel is literally the only non-fountain pen I will use voluntarily. Suuuper smooth gel ink that dries fast for us lefties.
Welcome back Daisy! Thanks for your description of the Itoya store. The pictures I’ve seen make it look like Disneyland for stationary lovers. Your team definitely held down the fort while you were gone online. Ashley led them well and with the grace she is so known for. All the best to you all.

Welcome back!! Love that little green Energel pen, and those inks! So gorgeous. I’ve really enjoyed the Lennon Toolbar inks so much. Also, so glad the tips for Jacob from the community were helpful! Oh man, having a toddler on your lap the whole plane ride must have been a lot. >.< Glad you guys got to go and see so many great things. Hurray for being an adult and getting to make your own travel choices, haha!

Ooh, that Nagasawa pen is soooo elegant. Beautiful.
P.S. I purchased one of the Yoseka Green Energel pens - very excited to try it. I love green pens, and I've never tried Energel ink before - plus 0.5mm is one of my favorite gel pen tip sizes. It's extra cool that the pen is printed with the Yoseka logo. :)

Welcome back! I bought the Pentel energel and I agree its a great pen. My daughter purchased the Sailor ink pens for me and they are a good pen. The color pigments are rich. I use them in my Hobonichi often.

how does bird monster compare to lennon toolbar firmament? I liked the sample of firmament I got, but perhaps I should try bird monster instead...
Firmament is a bit darker and Bird Monster might have a bit more shading!
