@@shanehughes3511 I agree. I think the lower ratings are because we have to wait 2 years for the new season. Now a days so much content to watch people will lose interest. HBO needs WW to premiere every year not every 2 years. Plus many people lost interest after S2 because the timelines got real confusing. I hope this show gets its 5 season's. Highly underrated.
I loved the meaning that this epic scene had at the end of this song. Everyone in that room watching Dolores and Stubbs fighting to the death with real risks for them as if none of it was really real, blinded by their lives completely consumed by vice, without knowing the existence of the true center of the maze: consciousness... Simply wonderful Westworld is, ladies and gentlemen. So full of esplendor and more alive than ever this series is!!!

Everytime I think there no way Ramin Djwajdi could get any better, he drops another masterpiece like this. The guy is bloody brilliant! We are not worthy!
The scores in Westworld are tinkering classical covers of contemporary songs. The creators of the series understand that we have instinctive emotional reaction to contemporary music that we know and love. Thus, by sneaking them in disguised as a score, they can actually control how the audience is going to feel during a scene.
As much as I love the scenes with "Paint it Black" in Westworld and Shogun World, this has become my favorite of the series so far. A big part of that being Djawadi's score, as it accentuates every movement and blow of Wood's and Hemsworth's choreography! Well done!
This pairs well with the Red Wedding episode of Game of Thrones. Bottomline: if Djawadi does the score and violins start playing in a scene, major sh*t is about to go down.
