Hi Matthew! Thanks for your commentary, it allows us to share more about the time-off that's offered at Cherry Optical Lab in Green Bay, WI, and our bonus referral program! Hire to 3 months = no vacation 4 months to 11 months = 40 hours 12 months to 23 months = 56 hours After 2 years = 88 hours After 5 years = 112 hours After 7 years = 128 hours After 9 years = 144 hours After 11 years = 160 hours On top of that, we offer a bonus program to all employees - When a regular full-time or part-time employee recommends a qualified individual, and the referral is hired as a regular full-time or part-time employee, the current employee will receive one week of paid vacation time*. *Paid vacation time is awarded to the employee who made the recommendation after the employee who was referred/hired has been employed with Cherry for 90 days.
