Many of the students are in their 70s, and they try to avoid jumping at all. Rich, 71, describes it as “a bunch of old people running around the woods having fun.”

Lol ...VICE is ridiculous.
I mean, I get the whole "vice" part. But, "news"? Really? Maybe intentionally misspell it, like "noos" or "neuz". You could be super fem and spell it like "n-uwu-s".
All pronounced the same. Think on it.
Plot twist these elders are planning a bank heist dressed as ninjas. In the end they turn a corner undress and grab a cane. Nobody will suspect a thing🙂
Vice u have lost ur mind. No one cares

They are training for a big heist, don't be fooled

I don't care what the haters think. Anything that gets older folks outside and moving is a good thing. Keeping active and maintaining muscle mass is very important in your later years.
@Sewer Dragon my 86 year old grandfather still does tennis and its pretty vigours he can still run, he has always been a very physical person always very positive in his attitude and always has eaten well. you don't neccicarily have to do TRT to stay physical and strong in your older years, though it does help.
Exactly
Agree with you, Lone Riderz☺
Yeah until one of them breaks a hip.
Lol always haters. Sad that even positive stuff ppl will still leave negative comments.
When your grandma accidentally took two of the gummy vitamins
Or maybe 2 Viagra pills

"You got a bunch of old people running around in the woods having fun" Id like to swear him in as a grandfather.
Yeah, that old man has a good positive yet humble and realistic attitude
"You can't improve by sitting on the couch all day..."
Completely out of context, but okay.
Pshhh tell that to my gaming skills
@@gizmo3714 Gaming skills are not the same as improvement :) In 20 years you'll see why.
@@carpo719 it was a joke lmao

YUUUUUUUUUUUP❗❗❗❗❗😎
Lol, no let’s try and save them from the Area 51 Massacre.
Already happend bruv
Alright, who left their pre-workout at grandma’s house?

Dexter Thomas Agreeeeeee!!
What's a pre work out?
fly away : a type of powder/supplement that you take before working out so that you can feel more energetic and increased stamina
@@zachsbanana3072 oooooooh ok. Thanks.
Of all the dumb stuff that goes on today and that Vice covers, this is..
Perhaps my favorite.
That's how I wanna be when I am 60year old .
@Sewer Dragon I do muscle training I don't like cardio at all .
@Sewer Dragon cardio is good for fat burning not for muscle building excercise changes according to your needs and according to your age because for eg- trainer never advice old man a weight training
Ofc i was gonna find someone that's gonna say they they enjoy this video than the rest of the videos
I find your existence to be more pathetic
These elders have the can-do spirit
We need to stop telling old people they're useless and frail. Keep them moving, give them initiatives like this. Love it.
Who the hell tells old people they are useless
You have that right, I can handle myself very well. Any one messing with me, should be very afraid of getting their ass kicked!
Keep on movin' , just keep on movin' ! - Otis

Would love to see you all doing vlogs as senior people.
STORROR ARMY
Me sitting on the couch watching 75 year olds doing parkour
I practice parkour with this 77 year old granny and she dusts me every time! 😫
I imagined this would look like that one episode from The Office. And I was right Lol
I thought the same thing hehe “Parkour!!”

@@pkmove3234 ahhh it's you guys!!! Congrats on the Vice piece!!
@@pkmove3234 Thanks a lot for everything you do! this was so inspirational! My grandma is 73 and loves life, I'm showing this to her asap! Hopefully we can see initiatives like this in France soon.
Word yo... i laughed so hard but i literally clapped... Amazing Old people.
I started training parkour last year at the age of 50, and still 40 pounds overweight. It's never too late. You start where you're at and move forward. That's the beauty of parkour -- it's not about doing what others are doing; it's about doing whatever is next for you. My balance has made phenomenal improvement. My strength and stamina are soooo much better than they were (I used to only do cardio workouts). And the teens and 20-somethings I've met at the gym and community jams have been nothing but kind and encouraging, which is par for the course in the parkour community.
Parkour is not about taking insane risks. As Charles Moreland put it: “Parkour is a method of training the human body to become stronger, more agile, and more efficient. These enhancements are achieved by dedicating yourself to a life of unyielding challenges, unending progression, and constant adaptation.”
Every human deserves that, not just young people.
Very well said and this is encouraging. I've dabbled in parkour for almost 10 years, but never seriously enough and I stopped for about 4 years. I'm 54 now and back into it and basically starting over. But I've seen a HUGE improvement in every area of fitness over the past 9 months. (I'm also doing some PT-style exercises, stretching, and swords.) It's super fun and I'm actually stronger than I ever was in the past 10 years so am close to doing a full kong up for the first time!
I literally do the opposite of taking risks I can do a front flip in grass but I still get scared sometimes and have to use a mat. Like bruh just do the flip it’s free Ik I can easily do it now.
Love the quote “ grace in moving your body, how * you* would like to move your body”. We’re all faced with frustrating physical limitations, I love that there is a way I can move beyond my injuries and increasing stiffness. Thanks for posting. You’ve inspired me.
Hahah Ohmygod the image of that older woman trying parkour for the first time...at a gym full of 14 year old boys 😂
What an absolute badass!!
@@pkmove3234 keep up the good work!
I love this- as a nurse its refreshing to see this!
I teach kids parkour, I absolutely love this

I love this! Great way to keep healthy. I’m showing my mom this video. She’s going to be 65 next month.
The Office: Parkour Episode...
Parkour extreme
Hardcore parkour.
That was the first thing i thought of 30 sec into the video
HARDCORE PARKOUR!!!!
And shout "Parkour" everytime you do some move
I agree 👏🏾👏🏾 This NEEDS to be a NATIONWIDE program
So there's hope for my fat arse.
I've wanted to learn Parkour for years.
Same, but I really don't feel like jumping about in public. Way too awkward for it lol
@@LegalizeTheNuclearBomb awkward in the beggining yes it gets better and easier. I started 5 years ago and i was very akward and shy. 5 years later I'm very confident and am a certified Parkour instructor and i love my life. I would love to teach adults
I'm disabled as well and parkour helps improve my life tremendously

Livin Trini that’s what retirement is for you haha can’t wait
@@aaaaatttttt7383 Yea you're right. In some other countries it's impossible to even reach retirement due to crime or poor health care. Please enjoy your retirement
Perfect way to ensure you go back to the doctor for the tramau caused by high impact exercise. Exactly what they're doing to their body and joints. Only way is that they've been regularly exercising early on in life and never stopped. No way they are "just trying it out"...
Get it! Thats what lifes about guys! Moving around and living it to the fullest. Lets go parkour fam!
*they're better than me tho 😭*
Our senpais are getting ready for raiding area 51 too. Respect.
This is absolutely amazing! Should be an option in every retirement community and home
They'd all be jumping the locked gates and fences; it'd be a prison break :)
@@jamesbrown99991good I would do that without a class
I was just thinking on that "The Office" intro with the parkour and the camcorders and that was hilarious, but at the same time is brilliant. This is a great thing, I wish I can get older and be as energetic as those ladies and gentlemen.
I'm 60 and have loved watching parkour...You have inspired me..thank you..I am smiling all over the place..fantastic
man i want to start doing parkour again after seeing this. inspirational
What happened before that?
E Rich they were younger than 70
75!! That's amazing
"some of them just broke out laughing" the fact that I was breaking out laughing when she said this I can't ... 😂🤣😭
This is beautiful. “The body don’t work if the body don’t move”
Parkour is for all ages 👌
I freaking love this concept..so innovative!
I dont understand why people get so boring when they get older!!! I will be doing things like this till i die. Props to them for doin this
This is so amazing thank you for putting this info out there!!!!
Pretty cool.
The younger senior citizens were the hippie generation.
For a old woman she is pretty good at parkour some dudes i know who are 22 cant do a straight roll
I mean normally you don't roll around in everyday life...
You could be physically fit and even run a marathon a day and still not know how to properly do a straight roll :P
This is a great! Awesome to see those guys moving like that and all of them looked a lot younger than 70.
Yesss!!!!! We need this worldwide right now!!!! I've been telling my grandma for years now that parkour life.
This is the one of the best things ever!!!! I ride BMX and I appreciate it when people can see the obstacles that everyone don't take note of.
I'm a rollerblader and I too appreciate this view of the world. You never see a ledge or handrail quite the same again.
Someone give that woman an action movie role. 3:14
@1:58 I like how the woman in black slows down just a bit to let her peer make it through in time without making it obvious that she had slowed down
I’m 33 and I’m not over weight or anything and I don’t have near the energy these guys do. It’s awesome there able to do this 👍
~This is so inspiring! Parkour for seasoned thrivers is awesome☺
*Hip replacement surgery entered the chat*
lul thats what i thought
1:14 I've been parkour'ing for 4 years "veteran status" but I've never seen a shoulder roll so perfect.
This is hilariously adorable.
Love out of the box and innovative thinking to solve a problem many just accept as unavoidable
i aint eating anything off picknick tables from now on
That's what plate are for anyway 😉
Well night and day animals like racoons, squirrels or birds can easily reach the top a a camping table. Some of them may even spray their territory. ^^ You should also wash your hands before eating, but at a picknick, lets hope there was no "big pee pee time" right before that.
Good for them! As a long time traceur I’m so proud of all of these guys! Keep it up! You’re all doing amazing with your training!
This is so wonderful! My parents would rock this out if it was offered here.
Me: have anyone seen my brownies?
Grandma:weeeeeee PARKOUR!!!!
🤣🤣🤣
Arey Bhai Bhai Bhai
I’d like to see this at my local park lol
Great video and topic: Thanks
This is awesome, more power to em!
They seem much more motivated than most young ppl these days.
Good job Vice! That was pleasant to watch, made me feel like I need to push myself more!
Nothing is as revitalizing as physical skill development.
I think this is so cool
at first I was watching smiling ready to crack up laughing but then I was thinking. wow, that old and they move so freely. impressive.
I love the young spirit of these old folk!
🤣🤣🤣😂😂
Stoppppp! I'm dying inside! To funny!
But its honestly good for them that they are doing this!
Age is just an excuse go outthere an have fun ....
I'm extremely proud of them. Good to see them be active. But I'd be lying to you if I said that I didn't laugh my ass off during the video xD
I love how happy they are :) and the philosophy
1:13 wowwww! Can you post a tutorial on this move? Please?!
5 minutes later, Dotty fell and broke her hip.
this is awesome! More people should realize that being active and exercising as you get older is the most important part to staying mobile as an old person
Body joints : am i a joke to you ?!
But seriously !!! This is so positive !!! my heart is really happy seeing this !
This reminds me of that Office episode, Parkour!!
Bahahaha this is comical, probably not the best exercise though, way too much impact on those old joints...
you clearly didn't watch the video properly because they're not jumping around. Also, there is even a university study on them that shows promising results.
There's also things you can take nowadays, like growth hormones, TRT, prolotherapy; as well as exercises like meditation to keep the brain and body in more youthful states.
@@12801270able yeah get granny some Dbol
heart warming and brilliant
This is awesome!
They all off perc 30’s
Until some old hag brakes their back and they sue you. Lmao 🤣
This is so awesome! Keep going!
Love it guys :) really good work
Ok parkour is dead, what is next?
They are next.
@Jane Doe
Wow
Can't you say it nicer? NOT OLD PEOPLE...LIKE IN THE TITLE! BUT
SENIOR CITIZENS !!!
holy shit why people have to whine so much
Absolutely love this
This is epic. If you can still move your body in that way into old age you're going to have a much better time as you grow old. This also technically is keeping more in line with real parkour, moving through your environment in the most economical manner
Real parkour is way less beginner than this
Doesnt get much whiter than this
This is one of the best video's on the internet. I'm hoping they don't get too good though or i might have to step up my hiding game.
This is bloody awesome
I love the idea!!!! Great job,.
Jumping Elders, warms my heart.
Great Doc
Glad to see PKMove is getting the recognition they deserve 👍
i literally spewed out my coffee when the old lady jumped for the first time in this video
Good for them. That’s inspiring to see.
