i've had users experience issues with the Canon 5560i ImageRunner whereby the intensity of the colour copy function (whenever a stack of pages is fed through the document feeder) look significantly worse worse when compared to them printing in colour. In other words, the colour quality of the photocopies look really faded and not as vibrant. Is there anything i can do, besides adjusting the colour gradation?

First the Screen and Print will never look exact. Two different ways to make an image. They can be close with calibration tools, both copier and monitor.
That said, this type of copier calibration is important. It will help with color quality. This allows the copier to print several different patterns and when scanned the copier will see how it did and adjust density accordingly.
If you are looking for better quality, don't forget the paper. The paper makes a major difference with a color copier. Paper is expensive, but use the best paper you can afford for your workflow. Many ImageRunner copiers can do a calibration test per drawer/paper type.

@@kenscoville5192 ohhhhh! thank you for that help. i was wondering what the scanning was all about with the tests. i found that changing the color manually on the driver has helped me a bit. i also changed the color profile and it has helped. i will check out the calibration tools. thank you so much for your response. i appreciate the support. :)
