I draw all over my quilts with crayola ultra washable markers. Not just to mark my quilting lines but sometimes to label my fabric when I'm cutting and piecing. When my quilt is all done I just toss it in the washing machine warm water with a few color catchers and it always comes out perfect. Here it is 2021 and I'm still working on my 2019 quilt. Of course. It's a quilt for me so it has been put on hold several times. I'm nearing the finish line. I can't wait to share it on instagram. I'll tag you Leah.
I did it Leah, didn’t come out half perfect, But I don’t know if you said it but I heard it, you might’ve said that it’s only Fabric so stitch on it, and that’s what I did. my spirals didn’t come out that great even though I mark them but my continuous curves came out halfway decent I won’t post it because I’m too embarrassed, everybody on the website is so good at free motion quilting but it’s just Fabric and I have to learn somewhere. Thank you for all your help
Yep, it's only fabric, thread and batting! Spirals are tough. Try for simple wiggles or loops. Don't put a lot of pressure on yourself to make perfect shapes. And yes, you should post it! Be honest about being a beginner and I know many members will really appreciate that!
Me encantó!!!! Tienes mucho gusto!!! Muchas graciasss

Great tutorial. Do you still alter your free motion foot from a previous tutorial🌟
I mostly use my ruler foot now, so no, I haven't modified this darning foot.
I haven’t try that to chicken from Newfoundland Canada
You can do it! The best time to start is right now!
