Thank you for your fantastic explanation. When Diablo I was released in 1996, I was a student at the university. I have played this game for more than 20 years. However, I can find several new concepts that I never know in your video. In addition, your English is perfect for me! I am a non-English speaker with limited English ability. I am so happy that I can understand most of what you said in the video. It might be nothing to native speakers, but it means a lot to me! Thank you very much for your kind share. Many thanks!
Hey man, great list! My two cents: when I do nephalem rifts, I start teleporting as soon as I have shot an arrow that will kill the boss. During his death animation, I close the rift and jump back to collect my keys and look for a pool or two while the rift closes. Close first, collect second. Saves you a few seconds each time. For Kadala shopping, I've set up a macro on the software of my mouse. It's OK to do it, no ban threat there. For best results, people shop in act 1 as it is the shortest way to the smithy from her shop. At a certain point, I start shopping only rings, just to get the shards out of the way. Shopping amulets to me is a waste of time and shards. Later, I've been known to forego shards altogether. Once I've polished my toon, I only pick up jewelry. This means I can do up to 10-12 runs in a row, and who cares about shards, right. The only problem with playing super efficiently is that you may burn out. I run bounties and play a few runs with another class, just to keep up my thirst for experience, then get back to the grind. And of course, to quote the poet: Town Is Lava
Nice list! I've recently started doing the same thing with the regular neph rifts to stay productive during the 30 second countdown timer. I'll look into the macro advice. I've got a nice mouse but utilize none of its nicer features lol.
Another thing that I do is leave the first page of my chest empty. If I come across something that may be an upgrade, I stick it in that page of the chest to look at later. Saving group time for gr's.
I really appreciate the comment! Glad you enjoyed the video. I'd be interested in connecting with you to discuss things prior to the launch of D4 and we'll see if we can collaborate on something! Check the About tab on my channel for business inquiries and we will keep in touch.
Unless gem farming Whimsydale or The Vault there's no need to permanently keep Imperial gems on your character due to their extremely low drop rate especially when running grifts. Without them you can generally fit 3 grifts worth of drops in your inventory. Between runs 2 and 3 you can drop a few items that you recognize unidentified to make sure you have enough room for run #3's drops then pick up whatever you can after completing it before identifying.
Your top DH gear example was actually a good example of something else. There’s a good chance he hasn’t gotten better than that - it was basically perfect except for not being augmentable. It was the perfect example of how sometimes a normal legendary with the right stats is much better than an ancient or primal without them.
Yeah it was a nice find. I've actually found 2 quadfecta shadow gloves this season haha. Also got 4 primal In Geom's with great rolls too lol. That seems to be about all I can get this season in primal gear though xD
Question: If you're going to stop picking up most loot so you don't waste time identifying and salvaging it and have enough crafting mats, why not skip the blood shards too? Thx.
Good question! Once you're completely satisfied with your gear, you can skip the shards as well. Lately, I've gone back to just picking up amulets to search for a quadfecta Squirts to use on my alt. Since I'm doing that still, I usually automatically end up grabbing the shards. Feel free to skip them too though once your feeling good about your gear!
If you really are over min maxing these are big helps,, but a lazy like clicking mouse 2 clicks per second is enough and feel the moment your done rifts, and enjoying the game then go back.
The real pro tips: 1) use TubroHUD 2) use some type of automation program, like autohotkey, for key spam, quick clicks, etc 3) make a zdps character when you're low paragons 4) never play solo GR unless you're pushing solo or just wanna do some quick runs to level certain gems to lv25 at the start of season. pub game is the last option or only if you're really boring. join some community channels to make privacy game. 5) low level quick runs for xp, only do 10mins runs if you're pushing or need to level gems. There's some measurement, 10-tier only give 62% more xp but mobs have 400%+ hp(mobs hp double every 4.5 tier). extra tips for doing pub game: 1) leave game if there's a FotH sadder. other sadder is fine, just treat them as normal leech. 2) leave game if there's no zdps. 3) if you're the zdps, leave game if there's no high level players carry. 4) don't try to do anything 140+. if you think the party is good, ask them for privacy game. 5) always hunt pools before you join; leave game and hunt again if your pool gone.
Gear is the base of your character in the game. You can budget your time in Diablo 3 to improve your gear and push paragon. So I have to disagree with you in that aspect. Running split bounties does not take much time. You can run them for an hour a day and fill a stash tab. Gear should be a priority for the grind.
bro how can i compete with guys that run meta xp 130 4 man party gr's for 700 hours and have perfect gear +7k para? i can play like 50-100 hours each season
While I'll agree with all of this I'm almost 2k para casual and on all three of my mains I've more primals and such than the top 100 players lol and on my DH that counts for God and ue builds as well so might as well say four. Unless your a no lifer and want to fight the bounty bots for leader boards. Slow down relax play the game. I've found more primals in cows than GRs. And I've tested this I've done 100 gr100s of 2min to just 40 cows. I've found more primals in cows just on the basic chests alone
Thanks for watching! Interesting note about cows. I'm a bit of a no-lifer and like to fight the bots. I'm not winning, but it's something to aim for lol.
I disagree with you that paragon is the most important part in getting on the leader boards. I will explain why. If paragon would truly be the end all be all of being on the leader boards. Then the leader boards must be in descending order. But for every season that I have ever played in Diablo 3 I have seen players with about 2,000 paragon lower than the player lower than them. This would mean that I would see a rank 110 with around 2,000 paragon. And a rank 111 with 4,000 paragon. By all rights that 4k paragon should be higher but they are not. More is involved in getting the higher clears in GRs. There is a whole lot of luck involved. You need the right map, mob type, pylon placement, etc... I am sure that you should already know this. There is one danger with looking at those at the top of the leader boards. The ones with the most paragon should be checked to see how much time they have played in the current season. If it is more than 16 hours in a day then they are likely a botter. Meaning that you won't be able to come close to their paragon level.
Thanks for the comment. Respectfully, I never made the statement that paragon is the most important part of getting on the leaderboards. I said that it is going to be the most important part of your character at the end of the season when you're pushing to make leaderboards. Skill, knowledge and GR RNG factors (monster types, density, map, etc.) play a large role as well, but none of these elements have anything to do with your character itself.
@@Gitum That comment on paragon matters because the reason why others could have a lower paragon but a higher rank is not only luck. But it is possible that the lower paragon might have better gear. Where if you want to get to the highest rank you can with crappy gear then you would probably need a higher paragon than you would with better gear that is close to GG.
2k paragon different still huge. If a skillful +luck player have better paragon sure he will beat u. I like to stick with 3-4k paragon, no point go higher if someone with lower paragon did better GR than u.
@@jgteoh They also have to have better gear as well. A player with crappy gear might need around 4-5k paragon just to get a high level GR clear. Whereas one with GG and lower paragon could clear the same rift or a higher rift.

I'm really glad that you liked it and thanks for watching! :)
I play to relax, not to be productive 😁
That's good. I wish that I could relax a bit more. I'm way too high strung haha. Thanks for watching :)

The end was amazing!

Nice! Have not heard of that one before. Will have to try it out for myself!
If you can get a group that’s wanting to be efficient and everyone is willing to ID during breaks and Gogogo while playing it works out very well.
@LtGronnie wow you got the wrong clan. Come over to Plebs4Life. Lots of active people even this late in the season.
Been playing immortal a few days new to the franchise enjoying so much gonna get the prime evil collection glad to have this video
Awesome! Glad to hear that you'll be joining us! Keep me posted on how you like D2 & D3.
Nice vid man!
Well done video. I subscribed within the first minutes. I'd like to work with you on D4 stuff if the current state of the game moves forward.

Absolutely this. A great comment to add. I'm still using a non-ancient Squirt's Necklace for that exact reason.
Quad primal gloves, must be nice I’ve found 2 primal shadow gloves and both are bad

If only my NES Advantage could hook up to my Series X. I'd max out the turbo for b button

Yeah certainly. I'm generally not even a huge min-maxer in games, but am a bit obsessive with being efficient in general lol. Thanks for watching :)
I can not believe a man like this would give you tips about been crazy with this game this is observe.. .dont let the game rule you...
Two greater rifts to fill I do four I just throw my gems in the stash then go back in rift

My guy he said once you have optimized gear stop picking it up lol he didnt just say gear isn’t important
Should be titled "Speed up your game" instead of "improve your game".
That's fair lol.

You can't. The person with more time to spare will generally win in ARPG's. It's just about doing the best that you can with what time you have :)

We need a rapid fire macro for gambling.
This is the most unhinged video on youtube

I hate robot playing
This franchise has come a long way from D2 gubers
Oh come on you can’t be serious with the town portal trick! Boo
