All Access look at level 9/10's at Hunts Gymnastics in Harrison Township Michigan. Shannon Hunt and her staff begin to switch the focus from skills to routines with the theme focused on confidence. In part #1 of this workout we get to see a great beam complex warm-up and skill sets while on vault they mix up their drill work with new vault perfection. Shannon raps it up with focusing on the dance performance and cardio sets with their tumbling passes onto soft surfaces.
