This news is simply devastating 😭, I found Oval/Erik thru RPM late last year and really become a fan of his content. One of the few that reinvigorated my gpu mining spirit since the merge. He was such a great guy, always entertaining, and will be dearly missed.
Beautiful tribute Mike. I got to know Erik over the last six months or so. Started watching his livestreams when few people were watching and thought this young man is something special. And yes, he worked on many of my AMD rigs as those that have many AMD cards will know, they are a pain in the ass to tune 😂 But he had a passion for it and was very good at it. He even took time while he was down here in Florida at his parent’s place on vacation to sit and tune my rigs. He was that kind of guy. He will be dearly missed 😪

Right when he dropped the video on the CMP 100-210, I went and bought up 11 of them because I knew that if Oval said they were solid, they were solid (or they really clap as he put it).

It has been almost a month since his passing... It still haunts me. He was taken from us way too early and I miss him. I remember meeting him at CypherPunk and the joy I felt at finally meeting him in person. I loved his sarcastic humor which made him so much fun to watch. I miss him and won't forget him.
