a year of empties!!! This makes me realize even though I don’t wear makeup often enough to empty it, some stuff is probably expiring 😅 hope you enjoy, and let me know any products you can’t live without!
also the dedication of keeping these for a year omg.. I've had an empties bin for a few months and it's driving me crazy LOL. also loved how chill & casual this was, felt like we were on facetime!!
Loved this kind of video from you!! Please do a favourites as well 🩷😍 And you're totally making me buy the gisou hair oil and perfume 🙈 its been on shopping list for a while and always been on the fence, but now im totally buying 😬
splurge body lotions for me: loccitane shea butter ultra rich cream (i got it in gifting & i think you get their gifting too?!) but omg it makes me feel like a rich grandmother in the best way LOL. also love sol de janiero for the scent!!! for more affordable body lotions, I love naturium, jergens (the coconut one), and the hempz brand!!
i just found your channel and was super impressed with the quality of your videos. and then i scrolled down and was equally surprised you didnt have millions of subscibers. you just earned one!!! :)
I’m finally watching this in full! My body lotion recs I buy over and over is the Nivea cocoa butter body lotion (gold bottle) and / or the Fenty Skin butta drop body cream. Regarding biotin, I’m unsure if it works for hair, skin, and nails, but a product that worked for me for those things was the Vital Proteins collagen peptides. I specifically started it to strengthen my nails because I used to get gel nails a lot, and my nails felt strong after a month. It also saw a difference in my hair length when I took it, but that may have been because I was growing my hair from a bob to mid-back for my wedding.
For mascara, I looove the Merit lengthening tubing mascara. I’m super picky about mascara because I wear contacts. I prefer a drier formula so it doesn’t get in my eyes during application. I don’t think this one is waterproof, but it doesn’t smudge at all. And I have really oily skin that affects every single mascara I ever tried (including waterproof). I also cry a lot and have naturally watery eyes and this one doesn’t smudge with tears. It makes little tube capsules that’s easy to flick off the skin.
My new favorite body lotion I recently discovered is the Naturium bio-lipid unscented lotion! I didn’t think i was an unscented girlie but it has actually been soo nice to not worry about mixing scents with my other products. Thanks for sharing this video!!😊
I take the healthy hair, skin, nail supplements from procap labs. When I take them consistently I notice a huge difference in my hair. I stopped taking it for about 4-5 months and noticed how my hair quit growing and my nails were terrible, but it improved when I started taking it again. I am a believer now that biotin works!
I really want to try one of the Cocokind serums, I'm just on a tight budget and I already have too much skincare stuff to try (ADHD hyperfixation strikes again lol). I have a lot of redness so the chlorophyll one is really tempting...
Hi Jenna! I’m a cosmetics researcher and from everything I studied, here’s my opinion on biotin: even though it has an important role in keratin synthesis (our hair’s protein) and to help some enzymes working well, the amount we consume on food is more than enough! The biotin deficiency isn’t as common as other deficiencies, so I wouldn’t buy those supplements again ❤
I don't know about biotin either. I've been taking a biotin/collagen combo trying to get my hair to grow and literally see no difference but maybe it would be even worse if I stopped?
Biotin does work if you’re deficient or at risk at being deficient like a bariatric patient. I am one and take 10,000mcg (dissolvable) a day for hair loss. The brand I use is nature’s truth and after a year my hair is thick and long again! We take loads of vitamins though; multivitamin, folic acid, biotin, B12, D3, etc. 😂 Also, thank you for sharing your face care products b/c I needed some recommendations! I’m having the biggest issue finding a face wash that works as good as my prescription shampoo LOL! I have combination sensitive skin with hormonal acne (thanks to PCOS) and most brands either cause me to breakout, dry me up, or make face oily 🫠
@@JennaHong I would also like to share a tip my dermatologist told me, if you use shampoos and conditioners that are sulfate and paraben free, it helps with hair growth too! That’s another thing that’s helped me thicken my hair back out!
@@JennaHong you’re welcome! I try to share that information with everyone! I have been using the innisfree face wash for a few days and LOVE IT! The best part is that my face is clearing up and I didn’t breakout! I’m definitely getting the cocokind skin products that you recommended as well this weekend! I’m so excited! Thank you!🥹

I hid the bag behind my closet for the eye sore 😂😂
So fun! I love the KVD tubing mascara - better than waterproof and more gentle on your lashes 💅
Omg I’ve never tried a tubing mascara, you don’t experience any transfer under your eyes?!
@@JennaHong no, it stays on until you wash with warm water! Even running sweat doesn’t move it 🏃♀️
enjoying this ❤

Hi Jenna! Have you tried the Tower 28 mascara? It’s water resistant (not waterproof per se)- I love it. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I stopped maybe around a month ago when I ran out and it feels the same 🥹 but it’s hard to tell too I think
Biotin only works if you have a deficiency, which most of us don’t have. There are downsides to taking it if you don’t need it.
I had no idea! Good to know, I definitely need to look into it more
@@JennaHong Thanks for another fun video!
Don’t worry, I’ve been hoarding some empties for over a year just for an empties video. Lol😅
It was so satisfying finally throwing this out 😂
