This is a nice piece of land. But, I am concerned about water that passes through it. The best is to visit the land during heavy rain and see for yourself. That's very important.

Concrete is the best thing to build houses with. In Jamaica houses are made with concrete blocks with steel bar reinforcement. Those houses withstand everything.

Since you want to open a restaurant can you grow food for restaurant? Do your homework how long ago was earthquake, and what's the cost of building a home if front ok! If mountain ⛰ will cost more.
