I was saved in a Pentecostal ministry, however I don't consider myself as part of any denomination as I have come to understand how divided that concept has made Christianity. As I studied the bible for myself, I have questioned the Sabbath and why I don't keep it. I'm trying to dig deeper, I don't want to consider myself an Adventist or anything to do with denomination again but I'm very grateful to this humble man for his wisdom.

There is only one church that God has called to preach the final message to the world before Christ’s second coming and that’s the SDA Church. I am a recent convert by seeking the truth. I’ve read all the false proclamations on the church being a cult but due diligence proved the complete opposite. Then go to New Testament and count how many times Jesus/Yahushua tells us to now keep the First day of the week, that Yahuwah was just joking when He COMMANDED us to keep His 7th Day. 0.Zero. Nada. I thank God that He opens our eyes to see. Here are the reasons that I don't keep the Sabbath according to the lunisolar calendar anymore: 1. God established His Sabbath on a weekly cycle of 7 days. The first account of it is the creation week. If the Sabbath was to be according to the month, there would have been a 'Creation Month' with the first day being New Moon day. That is my theory but it makes sense because He gave us an example of weeks and not months. 2. Leviticus 23:15,16 of 7 Sabbaths prove that the Sabbath is disconnected from the New Moons in the sense that it is not 7 days after the new moon etc. There is no such thing as a 'blank day' in scripture. Every day counts. To get 50 days, you would need to count each day which disconnects the weekly Sabbath from the New Moons. 3. Upon my most recent study that nailed it, I discovered that the lunar sabbath doctrine of keeping Sabbaths according to the new moon started in 1992 by a guy connected to the KKK. They are the people who also promote the names 'Yahweh', 'Yahuwah' etc. I can send the history as well. 4. 1 Samuel chapter 20 and 21:1-6 proves that the Sabbath didnt always come 7 days after the new moon. The Hot Shew Bread in 1 Samuel 21:6 was the Sabbath. And that was the 3rd or 4th day after the New Moon. 5. The Law of God according to Psalms 119 is righteous, is truth is perfect etc. What does the Law say about the Sabbath? Work 6 days, rest the 7th. It tells us that we shouldn't work on the Sabbath, it tells us that even the stranger(nonsdas) in our houses are to keep it. But it does not say to keep it 7 days after the new moon. 6. The diverse laws that expands on the Law in Leviticus 19 and 26 never mentions how to keep the new moon, or the Sabbath according to the new moons or what to do with blank days, because there were no blank days. 7. The Law says work 6 days and rest the 7th day. But there are sometimes 8 or 9 days between the 29th and the next sabbath of the new month. This is wrong and its breaking the Law in a deceptive way. Also the Law never says to keep new moon day. 8. Keeping the Lunisolar Calendar Sabbath brings a believer into confusion especially against the Spirit of Prophecy. It starts of subtle to say that Ellen G White didnt have all the light, then it never ends because a person ends up questioning every single thing about the Spirit of Prophecy writings. This I have found to be extremely dangerous from experience. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. A little doubt in the writings of EGW creates doubt of all her writings. 9. Ellen G White says that the mark of the beast and seal of God has to do with Saturday and Sunday. She had the Spirit of Prophecy and it cannot contradict further light. 10. Therefore, even though the calendar we use right now was a creation of man, with false holidays. We can afford to avoid pagan holidays like christmas and easter. But the Holyest day of all is the Sabbath of God which is a weekly 7th day of 7 days. Which has absolutely nothing to do with the Gregorian calendar. The devil is very tricky and so this lunar sabbath doctrine is certainly a deception even more deceptive than the simple sunday vs saturday issue. Because once someone think that the mark of the beast has to do with months, its almost impossible to come out of. But all things are possible with the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob. So Ellen G White was right concerning her visions concerning the Sabbath. Praise God for the Bible and her writings.

Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritan. Our salvation has to match-up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, They continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Hope Navajo - Who knows what type of Satanic doubt you are trying to spew??? However, you slice and dice it - the Bible is its own expositor. It interprets itself with line upon line and precept upon precept - here a little, there a little, but it never contradicts itself. If you make it do so, then you have not allowed the Bible to interpret itself. You have forced it to say what you desire it to say. Jesus is our example and He kept the 7th day Sabbath - even in His death. Try to twist that one.
I feel the fourth Commandment is the Greatest of the Ten for many reasons. I also believe it has been misconstrued by many in the church, which has caused an enigma to surround the Sabbath, mainly from the ritualistic nature of how it has been brought across, people relate it to the Jewish ritual practices, and see it as an old Testament Law.

One Pilgrim I have no doubt that YOU and the SDA Church hold this as the most important command. However god has the final authority and if that were true about the sabbath he would have said so in his word without needing to have people like you go through a strained analysis trying to prove it. Search the scriptures(without Ellen White commentary)for as long as you care to and you will NOT find evidence God said the sabbath is the SEAL, he said it was a sign between Him and Israel and a sign is NOT equivalent to a seal. If the sabbath was such a high command why did Jesus give examples showing you could break it? Didn't he say you could pull an ox out of a ditch? Do you know how heavy and ox is? do you realize that would be a lot of work? Jesus also allowed you to pick grain if you were hungry on the sabbath something Jesus himself did. Would god allow you to tell a lie on any day of the week.? No And it is part of the 10. The Roman Catholic Church has been quite open with the fact that she did indeed abolish the true lunar/solar calendar whereby we schedule our work days, the true 7th day Sabbath/Shabbat and annual Mo’ed/Appointments. Another way of reading another layer to the "literal" truth of scripture and the creation historic narrative is expressed by 2 Peter in the statement regarding a day We see in Revelation no night in the milennium, or day of the Lord (a correlation to the weekly Sabbath) and beyond because "there will be no more night for the Lamb will be the light there of". So no evening and morning on the first Sabbath mentioned, in which God rested from His work, can also be seen as a prophetic hint at the Sabbath of history, the milennium of Revelation 20. Just as the only day in the creation story which God did not say, "and God saw it was good(or very good)" was Day 2. Which is the millennium in history of the flood. Which in that creation day he separated the waters above the firmament from the waters below the firmament. The same places the flood waters came. "The windows if heaven were openes and fountains of the great deep broke forth.". There is a Psalm in which scholars argue about whether it references or poetic descriptions are envoking a picture of the creation or the flood narrative (Psalm 104). Both sides have good reason for suggesting either. But in reality it is clearly referencing both because the creation story is also hinting at overviews of history, namely the major acts of God in history. As also can be laid down by Isaiah 46-52 and beyond. He did not find the destruction of nearly all of humanity as a thing to call "good", but an unfortunate necessity for the eventual plan to bring about His Savior in order to redeem those He draws and who would respond, calling on His name. The parallels are there for every day. And this is not a reason to reject the other biblical truths of prophecy regarding a day as a year. But another layer to God's word which will reveal more truths for this time and help bring in God's people through faith in the authority and divine nature of scripture.
Jamie Russell - Isaiah 66 proves that the new heaven and new earth will have a sun, moon and stars (God’s clock) - just like we have now. There is no need of light in the City because of God’s glory. But there will be night in the countryside. Every new moon, which only means once a month, we will go to the City to eat of the tree of life, which ripens monthly with 12 different fruits thereon. We will also go to the City every 7th day to worship God. Time will continue as we know it now.
I agree with your assessment that the seventh day had no ending , and we are still living under a Sabbathing of our Creator. However I completely disagree with your conclusion the reason God put no ending on the seventh day. I think that we both can agree that when God speaks what ever He says will happen. The only reason that Satan is not God is, when Satan speaks what he says won't happen. In other words , God carries the bigger stick. I also believe we would agree that the theme of the book of Hebrews is , " The Word of God and our response to him The writer of Hebrews takes us back to Genesis 2 to remind us , that the God who spoke and not thing became every thing is, one we can count on to keep his word. When we labor in a faith action and leave it with him ,we are resting in his word of promise like He did , when he spoke and nothing became everything. When God made Adam , Adam was like a baby with no knowledge of his world.Like a child he must have been full of questions like , why, how, who, when. Like a Father would do, God came down and talked with him to answer his question. I know that this is a bit speculative but , my point is , Adam knew that his surroundings were created by God and it all happen by the speaking voice of God. As long as Adam was trusting in the God who spoke it into existence he was under the umbrella of the Sabbath rest of his Father. But we know the end of this story. Adam move out from under the umbrella of God word (His Rest.) when he chose to listen the the word of Satan and ever after that God has been looking for Men & Women of Courage to step back under the Umbrella of his Rest and trust in his spoken words of promises. In my view this is what Gid was saying , by not putting a punctuation on the seventh day . As Psalm 119:89 says " For ever O Lord thy word is settled in heaven. " His word is still active , energized, alive , waiting for people of faith to clame it and change the circumstances of time into the reality of heaven. Jesus told his disciples, " when you pray , pray Gods will be done on earth as it is in heaven. " This is also what Hebrews is telling us , when we are hanging our body's on the word of God and letting him take care of it. We are Sabbathing ( Resting) in Him. Why do these believers call Jesus a liar by trying to keep the Sabbath when the Lord Jesus magnified the Law of God Isaiah 42:21 where the apostle Paul taught the Ten Commandments in stone is dead and Christians are delivered from it. Romans 7:6-7 He calls the Ten Commandments written in stone the letter that kills 11 Corinthians 3:3-9 Today we must labor to enter rest. Hebrews 4:11 but in Genesis no man entered a rest or a Sabbath but God alone, the word Sabbath is not found in Genesis only in the imagination and denomination of others does this exist, but the bible concludes that Adam, Noah and Abraham all received a covenant but not one of them was told to enter rest or have a Sabbath. The facts remain for the first 2,000 years the Gentile sons of God never had a Sabbath or rest, even the first Jew Abraham was not told to do this, yet 645 years after he his death Moses gave two forms of Sabbath unto Israel alone, not to any Gentile nations. These are the facts, the first is the Sabbath from the Law of God and the second is the sabbath from the Law of Moses, both of these were for Israel to obey. Why do Christian churches try to obey any of these two things for the Law of Moses was destroyed on Calvary Colossians 2:14-15 and Ephesians 2:14-16 The Ten Commandments in stone is no longer for anyone to obey as it was never given unto the church to obey in Acts 15:10 and Acts 15:28-29, rather both of these are refereed unto as a yoke and a burden which was not to be given unto the Christian churches. Furthermore if keeping the Sabbath is a commandment why is it not mentioned in the New Testament and when you read all the sins that stop a Christian from inheriting the kingdom of heaven breaking the Sabbath is not mentioned as a sin in Galatians 5:19-21 Just read the 17 sins listed and you will not find that as a sin at all, nor is it mentioned anywhere in the New Testament as a sin. Yet these dreamers and defilers of the truth being led by seducing spirits and doctrines of devils are trying to bring the church back into bondage, a yoke, a burden and even a curse, for it is written in Deut. 27:26 you are cursed if you obey one Old Testament commandment and this is repeated by the Apostle Paul in his theology in Galatians 3:10 and repeated again in Galatians 5:1-4 Why not rather submit to the Ten Commandments in the heart which are for Christians to obey, for it is written that God would write his law in our heart, meaning our spirit man Jeremiah 31:31-34 and Hebrews 8:6-13 there is no Sabbath or generational curses found in the Ten Commandments in the heart, there are no commandments about thou shalt not, meaning what you are not allowed to do, but there are only commandments about what you are allowed to do, to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, meaning your spirit, soul and body and to love his neighbor as himself. I don't know who teaches that the 10 commandments are done away. did the RCC preached that & handed down to 'protestants'? maybe. but if they did then RCC truly plan to do away with the 10 commandments BUT replace them with a 'sunday' LAW. remove god & replace him with human effort.
Many teach this directly or indirectly, often depending on what they intend on refuting or defending. The implication is there often if not explicit. But most know in their heart the moral law is forever. The question becomes why did God out the Sabbath of the weekly cycle in the heart of the moral law which He wrote by His finger on stone and spoke from His lips on the mountain? You never know what extremes the wicked heart of man will go to in order to fix a problem they think has only one solution.
The Sabbath is either a law to obey or not. There is no middle ground to stand on. If you obey a sabbath keeping law you are under that law and are required to keep it perfectly. But beware. If you are under a Sabbath law you are under the requirements of the old covenant law system as given by Moses, and then required to be under other laws. Now if you concede you are under law then you must explain why Paul says you are NOT under law but Grace. Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. The Hoax is putting People under a Sabbath law and by doing so put them under the whole law system. brian Tedman if i understand your explanation well you mean we can now break even the rest of the commandments since we are free from the law ...because in exodus 20:1-17 where we find the 4th commandment, we also find the one that tells us that thou shall not kill.. the one that tells us to obey our parents and even the one that tells us not to worship idols... It is the same today as when He created this world and His Holy Sabbath. The lower case sabbaths were associated with annual feasts and were foreshadows of Christ Jesus. The weekly Sabbath is God’s memorial to His Creation and His power of Sanctification. We must be born again of the Spirit and dead to self will. The Gregorian calendar was invented by men, YHWH's calendar was SET in the Heavens where men could not tamper with it nor change it. The only thing to do was to issue a death decree to anyone who would determine the Sabbath according to the New Moon, as it was done in ancient times, this law was enforced in 327 AD. take 1700 years of fear and lies, the true Sabbath was lost, but as the closing of time is drawing to a close, all things are being brought out into light. The mark of the beast is the solar calendar, and to determine the Sabbath according to it is gross error. To worship the Creator, you have to determine HIS Sabbath by HIS time keeper the moon. The world calendar committee is going to change their calendar once again, and add blank days between their saturday and sunday, when you realize what this means, you will see the truth.
The problem is with the Roman calendar, it has been used so long people think it was handed down from creation, which it was Not. Men invented it in 45 BC. Days have been added and removed, and it will be changed again to add blank days twice in their year between their saturns day and their suns day... then where will their seventh day be?
You are missing some worship days, no where in scripture does it say every seven days...... just work 6 and rest the seventh, where do you begin counting? on the Pagan Roman calendar? Jeremiah says to seek the OLD PATHS and walk therein.... how old is that?

It's called:"it's a given". They followed God's lead. Jesus said man was not made for the Sabbath, but the Sabbath for man. Notice He seemed to think Adam and Eve, and quite possibly their descendants up until Noah, kept it. Noah found grace with God. Later in history Nimrod had other ideas, idolatry, which became dispersed at the Tower of Babel and spread mythology. I highly respect Pastor Bhor's wonderful insightful teachings, but how sad he was raised in this Christian sect who's unscriptural doctrines attempt to rob Israel of her Shabbat. How well he said, that he had his doubts, why there was no Sabbath in the Garden of Eden? Why? because that is just what the paradise of the Garden of Eden symbolized" Rest! Which pointed to far greater realities on the "Seventh day", of the Millennium, and a 1000 years of Rest for the people of God. Paul had already told us, that all of the sacred services of the Jews under the Old Covenant, including the tabernacle and the temple, and even keeping the Sabbath, were but mere shadows of things to come under the new Covenant. This is exactly what Jeremiah said in chapter 31: "Behold, the days come, Saith Yahweh, that I will make a NEW COVENANT with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. (But) Not according to the covenant I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand and led them out of the land of Egypt: which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith Yahweh. "But this shall be the ĆOVENANT that I will make with the HOUSE OF ISRAEL (not Judah)After those days, saith Yahweh, I will PUT MY LAWS IN THEIR INWARD PARTS, AND WRITE IT IN THEIR HEARTS!" Then in Hebrews 4, Paul tells us what this Sabbath REST looks like and how it works, When God's people will REST from their works just as God RESTED FROM HIS. "There remaineth therefore A REST (or Shabbat) for the people of God. For he that is entered into his REST, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from His." This is not speaking of any keeping of any Jewish holidays, but of the mortifying the deeds of the flesh, so that the old man is dead, and until the royal Law of love, which is in Christ alone is working within you to the glory of God. Look, brother, there are all sorts of people who get so caught up with the concept of Sabbath-keeping and wrongly applying this concept to everything else in the Bible. And there is nothing which the Catholic Church was ever able to delete, but they withheld the Bible from the common peoples because they were so afraid if they actually read it they would see that nothing of the Catholic Church, the Pope, his Cardinals and all their pomp and luxuriuous living was actually in the Bible. but instead they did add other books which were flatly rejected by the early church called the Apocrypha, which many Godless and infidel scholars such a Elaine pagels among many others who are foisting them on the unwary and gulilible-watch out for Extrabiblical books claimed to be withheld from the public!! They can be used sometimes for historial references but they are NOT God-breathed Holy writ. So onto your arguement about seeing the Sabbath everywhere you look, even in the Garden of Eden and even practiced by the angles in heaven for goodness sakes. Why? Because they simply have had no real Bible teaching what God meant by instituting the Sabbath...for His people Israel. Nor do they seem to see its real intended spiritual meaning. And that the Sabbath should and must be seen for what it truly is: a rehearsal. I know I used the New Testament translation of the English word "Rest" but the word is actually "Cease": the six days of creation mirrors the six days or ages of God's appointed dispensations during which man is busy working trying to do what is righteous and failing in every one of them including the Dispensation of grace of the church age. But on the seventh day of the 1000 year Millennium and man's day has had it run, then everything will Cease. Please Read Hebrews chapter 4 and see how Paul tells us everything we need to know about the Sabbath Rest. "For we which believe do enter into Rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the disruption of the world. For he (God) spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest from all His works. in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest....for is Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterwards spoken of another day. THERE REMAINETH THEREFORE A REST (Sabbath) FOR THE PEOPLE OF GOD!!" So we who believe and are in Christ, we do not keep the Sabbath anymore. Brother, you began by this debate with me on keeping Shabbat, now it seems you're debating on my personal salvation. I have to say though, in a respectful Christian manner, as well as you showing yourself to be a serious student of His Word. You said this on bullet point #6: Well, if you had learned a little concerning what Theologians call the Old Testament "types and Shadows" then you would have realized that keeping Shabbat was a "type" of something else: namely of living our lives under the blood. For " There is a fountain filled with blood /drawn from Emmanuel's veins/and sinners plunged beneath that flood /lose all their guilty stains.The dying thief rejoiced to see/ that fountain in his day/and there may I, though vile as he/wash all my sins away." But see, you still seem to be stuck in the "Type", complaining that I shouldn't do any "servile work". But the "work" is no longer of the flesh, but BY HIS SPIRIT. When I lived in Jerusalem I saw how my fellow Jews in Israel tried to do that Holy work on one particular isolated day, though for thousands of years they have never once inwardly kept Shabbat. Why, because, like all the Catholic ritual, neither does any Jewish ritual have any efficacious power to ever produce the desired or intended Spiritual result.Why? because its a man doing it, and not God. Nothing whatsoever done in the flesh, including keeping Shabbat, could ever be acceptable to God. Even the Jewish people themselves are blinded: they do not realize Yahweh have set them as the greater example to mankind as a "Type" of the "New man". God uses them to demonstrate to the nations they should CEASE from the work of their sinful lives of the flesh, so that God may be ALL in All. This is Shabbat. When I was a young and full of zeal (but, not according to knowledge) as I see you are, I too was dead-set on keeping all of the law...outwardly. I was then such an unlearned and ignorant young man, so it never occur to me what Jeremiah 31: 31 said about God taking the Old Covenat laws which Israel kept outwardly, and making a New Covenant, by which HaShem would write them in our hearts. I was living in a Kashrut apartment in Jerusalem, with two sets of dishes in the kitchen, and strictly observing the Kashrut, or Kosher laws concerning the suitability of food, the use of ritual objects, that the Lord, Yashua spoke to me from these two scriptures: Mark 7: 8...."Ye hold the traditions of men, as the washing of cups and pots: And many other such things ye do..." and Matthew 15:17: "Do yet not understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man." I knew that Yashua had given me a most severe "correction", and that I was in grave danger of losing my soul, as according to Paul in Hebrews 6, where we are told, that if we go back to the Jewish rituals and laws, that, "after we were once enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gifts and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted of the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come: if they should fall away (apostatize), to renew them again, seeing they have crucified the Lord afresh, for there remaineth no more sacrifice for us. Again, here we are talking of spiritual things, as Paul warned ""Now the Spirit speaketh, that in the latter days some shall depart from THE FAITH, by giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines (inspired) by demons....forbidding to marry and commanding to abstain from meats (Greek BROMA-animal foods; vituals: meat forbidden under Jewish laws) which God hath created to be received (eaten) with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." Although you did cite the diet of the American Indians, but I don't think you have really thought this through, as the God of glory in his wonderful provisions do feed well over 3 billion of the earth's people on one of the only cheap sources of protein they could afford, namely PORK. WITHOUT their keeping this extremely inexpensive easily fatten animal, the Pig, most of the world's population would become malnourished and starve to death. So if in your relationship to the Lord, you have been persuaded not to eat any pork, fine, just don't attempt to force your private convictions onto others who believe God made all animals for our pleasures to eat them when we pray the blessing over all our meals. And too, when you reference the Greek Concordance again, please do look up the word Paul used for "meats" which the King James translators used there for good reason. They saw that in the context of the passages, Paul was always consistently referring to Jewish dietary laws, not of common foods generally for which there was no dispute. Therefore, the context is always about the kind of foods, and animals, including the pig which the Jews forbad others to eat because of the Law. So I'll give you a simple fact about the Bible which even the world's greatest theologians will never tell you, because they haven't seen this themselves! Its this plain and simple question: who is the Bible addressed to, and who is counted as important in it? The fact is, the entire bible from Genesis to the Gospels, to the Epistles, to Revelation, only the men are counted and its addressed only to the men....and as the head of households. For example, when the children of Israel were leaving Egypt under Moses, only the men were counted. In the Gospels,when Yashua was feeding the 5000, for example, only the men were actually counted. And in Paul's "Church Epistles, only the men were addressed. And the 144,000 in the Book of Revelation were only the male heads of household according to the Greek grammar used. But don't take my word for this, check it out for yourself! While this fact will break your brain and cause your whole world.view to be utterly changed, but the real fact is, the whole Bible is actually written for and address to God's people Israel and to no one else at all! And the real truth is, the Bible can legitimately be subtitled "Unto the 12 Tribes of Israel". And just who are those 12 tribes of Israel today? Why they are the great nations of the West with the one exception of the Tribe of Judah, or the Jews. Most of the world's Christian nations are principally made up of the ancestors of the sons of Jacob, the 10 Northern Tribes which migrated up to Europe after they were cast out of the land in 524 BC, after the death of Solomon, when the kingdom of Israel was divided into two houses: "the House of Israel", and "the House of Judah", We owe this utter confusion to the so-called "church Fathers", such as that virulent Jew-hating antisemite Augustine and company, who strenuously kept going the allegorizing began by Origen,of the truth of Scriptures which declared the Kingdom was Israel's, to make it mean the (Catholic) church was the Kingdom of God on earth! If you want to observe Friday night till Saturday night I guess there's nothing wrong with it, but the Almighty tells us which sabbaths to do that on. Why don't you listen to the end, grabb your own Bible and compare what he says is really the truth. I was saved in a Pentecostal ministry, however I don't consider myself as part of any denomination as I have come to understand how divided that concept has made Christianity. As I studied the bible for myself, I have questioned the Sabbath and why I don't keep it. I'm trying to dig deeper, I don't want to consider myself an Adventist or anything to do with denomination again but I'm very grateful to this humble man for his wisdom.

There is only one church that God has called to preach the final message to the world before Christ’s second coming and that’s the SDA Church. I am a recent convert by seeking the truth. +jd - just let the Bible speak for itself. Starting in Genesis and all the way thru the 1st or Old Testament, count how many times Yahuwah, I AM, says to keep the 7th Day.
And confirm that He says it is HIS holy day.
You'll find well over 100 and I think like 135-150 times! Note that it started with Creation, so it's not just for the Jewish people.
Then go to New Testament and count how many times Jesus/Yahushua tells us to now keep the First day of the week, that Yahuwah was just joking when He COMMANDED us to keep His 7th Day.

Ellen White is certainly a true prophetess. True servant of the Lord. Anyone who has a relationship with God would be informed of His servant from God Himself.
I thank God that He opens our eyes to see. Here are the reasons that I don't keep the Sabbath according to the lunisolar calendar anymore:
1. God established His Sabbath on a weekly cycle of 7 days. The first account of it is the creation week. If the Sabbath was to be according to the month, there would have been a 'Creation Month' with the first day being New Moon day. That is my theory but it makes sense because He gave us an example of weeks and not months.
2. Leviticus 23:15,16 of 7 Sabbaths prove that the Sabbath is disconnected from the New Moons in the sense that it is not 7 days after the new moon etc. There is no such thing as a 'blank day' in scripture. Every day counts. To get 50 days, you would need to count each day which disconnects the weekly Sabbath from the New Moons.
3. Upon my most recent study that nailed it, I discovered that the lunar sabbath doctrine of keeping Sabbaths according to the new moon started in 1992 by a guy connected to the KKK. They are the people who also promote the names 'Yahweh', 'Yahuwah' etc. I can send the history as well.
4. 1 Samuel chapter 20 and 21:1-6 proves that the Sabbath didnt always come 7 days after the new moon. The Hot Shew Bread in 1 Samuel 21:6 was the Sabbath. And that was the 3rd or 4th day after the New Moon.
5. The Law of God according to Psalms 119 is righteous, is truth is perfect etc. What does the Law say about the Sabbath? Work 6 days, rest the 7th. It tells us that we shouldn't work on the Sabbath, it tells us that even the stranger(nonsdas) in our houses are to keep it. But it does not say to keep it 7 days after the new moon.
6. The diverse laws that expands on the Law in Leviticus 19 and 26 never mentions how to keep the new moon, or the Sabbath according to the new moons or what to do with blank days, because there were no blank days.
7. The Law says work 6 days and rest the 7th day. But there are sometimes 8 or 9 days between the 29th and the next sabbath of the new month. This is wrong and its breaking the Law in a deceptive way. Also the Law never says to keep new moon day.
8. Keeping the Lunisolar Calendar Sabbath brings a believer into confusion especially against the Spirit of Prophecy. It starts of subtle to say that Ellen G White didnt have all the light, then it never ends because a person ends up questioning every single thing about the Spirit of Prophecy writings. This I have found to be extremely dangerous from experience. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. A little doubt in the writings of EGW creates doubt of all her writings.
9. Ellen G White says that the mark of the beast and seal of God has to do with Saturday and Sunday. She had the Spirit of Prophecy and it cannot contradict further light.
10. Therefore, even though the calendar we use right now was a creation of man, with false holidays. We can afford to avoid pagan holidays like christmas and easter. But the Holyest day of all is the Sabbath of God which is a weekly 7th day of 7 days. Which has absolutely nothing to do with the Gregorian calendar. The devil is very tricky and so this lunar sabbath doctrine is certainly a deception even more deceptive than the simple sunday vs saturday issue. Because once someone think that the mark of the beast has to do with months, its almost impossible to come out of. But all things are possible with the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob.
So Ellen G White was right concerning her visions concerning the Sabbath. Praise God for the Bible and her writings.

Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritan. Our salvation has to match-up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. I feel the fourth Commandment is the Greatest of the Ten for many reasons. I also believe it has been misconstrued by many in the church, which has caused an enigma to surround the Sabbath, mainly from the ritualistic nature of how it has been brought across, people relate it to the Jewish ritual practices, and see it as an old Testament Law.

I agree with your assessment that the seventh day had no ending , and we are still living under a Sabbathing of our Creator. However I completely disagree with your conclusion the reason God put no ending on the seventh day. I think that we both can agree that when God speaks what ever He says will happen. Furthermore if keeping the Sabbath is a commandment why is it not mentioned in the New Testament and when you read all the sins that stop a Christian from inheriting the kingdom of heaven breaking the Sabbath is not mentioned as a sin in Galatians 5:19-21 Just read the 17 sins listed and you will not find that as a sin at all, nor is it mentioned anywhere in the New Testament as a sin. I don't know who teaches that the 10 commandments are done away. did the RCC preached that & handed down to 'protestants'? maybe. but if they did then RCC truly plan to do away with the 10 commandments BUT replace them with a 'sunday' LAW. remove god & replace him with human effort.
Many teach this directly or indirectly, often depending on what they intend on refuting or defending. The implication is there often if not explicit.

The weekly Sabbath is God’s memorial to His Creation and His power of Sanctification. We must be born again of the Spirit and dead to self will. We must be sanctified by God, just like His Sabbath was.
The Gregorian calendar was invented by men, YHWH's calendar was SET in the Heavens where men could not tamper with it nor change it. The only thing to do was to issue a death decree to anyone who would determine the Sabbath according to the New Moon, as it was done in ancient times, this law was enforced in 327 AD. take 1700 years of fear and lies, the true Sabbath was lost, but as the closing of time is drawing to a close, all things are being brought out into light. The mark of the beast is the solar calendar, and to determine the Sabbath according to it is gross error. To worship the Creator, you have to determine HIS Sabbath by HIS time keeper the moon.
The world calendar committee is going to change their calendar once again, and add blank days between their saturday and sunday, when you realize what this means, you will see the truth.
This is the third scriptural month and today is Sabbath, Tomorrow is New Moon which makes it day 1 of the fourth month.
The problem is with the Roman calendar, it has been used so long people think it was handed down from creation, which it was Not.
Men invented it in 45 BC. Days have been added and removed, and it will be changed again to add blank days twice in their year between their saturns day and their suns day... then where will their seventh day be?
You are missing some worship days, no where in scripture does it say every seven days...... just work 6 and rest the seventh, where do you begin counting? on the Pagan Roman calendar? Jeremiah says to seek the OLD PATHS and walk therein.... how old is that?

I highly respect Pastor Bhor's wonderful insightful teachings, but how sad he was raised in this Christian sect who's unscriptural doctrines attempt to rob Israel of her Shabbat.
How well he said, that he had his doubts, why there was no Sabbath in the Garden of Eden?
Why? because that is just what the paradise of the Garden of Eden symbolized" Rest! Which pointed to far greater realities on the "Seventh day", of the Millennium, and a 1000 years of Rest for the people of God.
Paul had already told us, that all of the sacred services of the Jews under the Old Covenant, including the tabernacle and the temple, and even keeping the Sabbath, were but mere shadows of things to come under the new Covenant.
This is exactly what Jeremiah said in chapter 31:

Then in Hebrews 4, Paul tells us what this Sabbath REST looks like and how it works, When God's people will REST from their works just as God RESTED FROM HIS.
"There remaineth therefore A REST (or Shabbat) for the people of God.
For he that is entered into his REST, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from His."
This is not speaking of any keeping of any Jewish holidays, but of the mortifying the deeds of the flesh, so that the old man is dead, and until the royal Law of love, which is in Christ alone is working within you to the glory of God. Amen!
Look, brother, there are all sorts of people who get so caught up with the concept of Sabbath-keeping and wrongly applying this concept to everything else in the Bible.
And there is nothing which the Catholic Church was ever able to delete, but they withheld the Bible from the common peoples because they were so afraid if they actually read it they would see that nothing of the Catholic Church, the Pope, his Cardinals and all their pomp and luxuriuous living was actually in the Bible.

So onto your arguement about seeing the Sabbath everywhere you look, even in the Garden of Eden and even practiced by the angles in heaven for goodness sakes.

Because they simply have had no real Bible teaching what God meant by instituting the Sabbath...for His people Israel. Nor do they seem to see its real intended spiritual meaning. And that the Sabbath should and must be seen for what it truly is: a rehearsal.
I know I used the New Testament translation of the English word "Rest" but the word is actually "Cease": the six days of creation mirrors the six days or ages of God's appointed dispensations during which man is busy working trying to do what is righteous and failing in every one of them including the Dispensation of grace of the church age.
But on the seventh day of the 1000 year Millennium and man's day has had it run, then everything will Cease.
Please Read Hebrews chapter 4 and see how Paul tells us everything we need to know about the Sabbath Rest.
"For we which believe do enter into Rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the disruption of the world.

So we who believe and are in Christ, we do not keep the Sabbath anymore. Because we have ceased from our own sinful works, and we are resting in Him, so that now EVERYDAY IS THE SABBATH FOR US.
But still Paul also warned us to look to those who are weak in faith, and we don't want to wound or cause them to be shipwrecked, so one man keeps this holy day and another man that holy day, some eat pork and others refuse to eat pork for their conscience sake,and other still also keep the Sabbath....nothing wrong with it, He said...let em keep em in their own privacy, but never let another man judge you regarding meats and Jewish holidays either because you don't feel you need to do this..Amen

Why, because, like all the Catholic ritual, neither does any Jewish ritual have any efficacious power to ever produce the desired or intended Spiritual result.Why? because its a man doing it, and not God.

Although you did cite the diet of the American Indians, but I don't think you have really thought this through, as the God of glory in his wonderful provisions do feed well over 3 billion of the earth's people on one of the only cheap sources of protein they could afford, namely PORK.
WITHOUT their keeping this extremely inexpensive easily fatten animal, the Pig, most of the world's population would become malnourished and starve to death.
So if in your relationship to the Lord, you have been persuaded not to eat any pork, fine, just don't attempt to force your private convictions onto others who believe God made all animals for our pleasures to eat them when we pray the blessing over all our meals.
And too, when you reference the Greek Concordance again, please do look up the word Paul used for "meats" which the King James translators used there for good reason. They saw that in the context of the passages, Paul was always consistently referring to Jewish dietary laws, not of common foods generally for which there was no dispute. Therefore, the context is always about the kind of foods, and animals, including the pig which the Jews forbad others to eat because of the Law.
Don't be slopping mishandling the words in order to make your argument against what the text was actually saying ok Brother?

There is immense confusion about the Bible, and believe me, hardly any Christian teacher understands the Bible.
So I'll give you a simple fact about the Bible which even the world's greatest theologians will never tell you, because they haven't seen this themselves!
Its this plain and simple question: who is the Bible addressed to, and who is counted as important in it?
The fact is, the entire bible from Genesis to the Gospels, to the Epistles, to Revelation, only the men are counted and its addressed only to the men....and as the head of households.
For example, when the children of Israel were leaving Egypt under Moses, only the men were counted.
In the Gospels,when Yashua was feeding the 5000, for example, only the men were actually counted.
And in Paul's "Church Epistles, only the men were addressed.
And the 144,000 in the Book of Revelation were only the male heads of household according to the Greek grammar used.
But don't take my word for this, check it out for yourself!
While this fact will break your brain and cause your whole world.view to be utterly changed, but the real fact is, the whole Bible is actually written for and address to God's people Israel and to no one else at all!

The Sabbath IS NOT a shadow
While I believe all scriptures, being born and raised as a sda, I also understand,how. God sanctifief the. Sabbath especially after finishing his creation; however respectfully. I still believe that. Sabbath starts from. Friday sunset until. Sabbath sunset. I know. Ellen white was very knowledgable, I still take first what is in the scripture only. Also understand how. God sanctified the first. If you want to observe Friday night till Saturday night I guess there's nothing wrong with it, but the Almighty tells us which sabbaths to do that on. Yom Kippur is one of them The Almighty say do not kindle a fire and do not work on the weekly sabbaths, simple as that. But us being man go beyond what he say. You can buy sabbath candles just light it before the sabbath. And go out and do good on the sabbath, don't just sit around doing nothing, I hear it all the time. Rest and don't kindle a fire. Waykers 13 - The entire Creation account is the evening and morning narrative. This is how God reckons time. The 7th day Sabbath has no evening and morning because God has created nothing new since this earth. He will, no doubt, create again once the Great Controversy ends and God has been vindicated before His entire universal created beings and worlds. However, God did create a 24 hour period for US to keep. His Sabbath remains, but we are not God, so our Sabbath is weekly and on the 7th day as commanded in the 10-commandments, which Jesus wrote with His own finger on tablets of stone and spoke with His own lips.
