Hey mi general wicked video, thanks. My truck is a manual and the engine brake is different. I don't have A and B. In it's place I have 0 to 1. Why is mine different and what year is your truck
Blessings brother. My truck is a 2015 Volvo and the reason why the engine break is different is because on the automatic transmission, the engine break works with Transmission to gear down fast when u Engage B, that is the highest level which slow down the truck immediatel unlike the manual you have to downshift to help the engine break stop the truck.
The auto mode is for use with the cruise control and allows one to set a speed when the engine brake will activate to keep it within the set speed range.
Thank u for all the effort and please keep us updated with new videos plz And i have a question since i drive also volvo semi truck can u aslo switch from automatic to manual in volvo ?
The biggest mistake is drivers not using the transmission to its fullest function. It is way better to use it in the manual function I drive a volvo and use the manual function all the time. I use my transmission and Jake on hills and curves and I rarely touch the brakes. But then again I am old school
The biggest problem with automatic transmission is they shift when u don't want them to manual function is way better on snow and ice u have better control
Great video

"B" is the "REEEEEAL BAAAD MAN". Great video.

Yes

I keep mine on all the time regardless of the level is it bad to always used engine break for your motor?
It was made to be used for safety so it’s ur choice, safety or motor.

Think I need to try it out

Yeah I have tried it and its good to use but alot of work for me. I’ll definitely use it in the snow though

I’ll definitely do that soon as possible
Just use (B) if you need to stop or slow down quickly
Im driving Volvo fh 440 and showing engine system failure but it still drives fine
The truck I'm using doesn't have the 2nd lever?!!
