Steel soldiers is going to be your best friend. FYI military has a step by step book on how to tear these and the 6.2 apart. Hope you find some better shoes for it though.

Just bought a very similar unit that has spent the last several years as a fire departments brush truck. Was going to put a bed on it but the flatbed may be where its at.

See I have an idea for my own CUCV if I ever get a few lol, it would basically be similar, flatbed, etc. Cept mine would be using the shorter frame of the M1009 with the M1008 cab, etc, etc. Lmao

That relay was redone in a particular year according to the military maintenance manual. I just keep cutters handy in ash tray. Would you do me a favor and trace the transfer case black and white wires where they come to a white and orange wires in same harness., I need to know where the orange and white wires go.
