I actually love idea of such highlights. It gives more to see and quite often most moments in clips from other channels pretty much the same.

I will never understand why Lumi was the one chosen to leash Tenma during this, but I can only assume the choice was made by someone who thoroughly enjoys watching train wrecks and airplane crashes in their spare time.
They had a choice: either *actually* keep Tenma in check, or go for the content. One of these options is infinitely better for business.

What the hell I've got random extreme enthusiasm like twice since this and just realised I've got muscles now. Go do it, drink a ton of milk or something if you decide to do it at 11pm with no food in the house, exactly as I'm doing now and posting this between sets. I genuinely think I'm like halfway with my arms at least, just need to figure breathing and my limits with legs and abs so I don't half faint again. Thanks Temna, you degenerate.

Ripping a shirt off isn't that difficult. The tricky bit is getting through the collar as that is reinforced, so you have to do some leverage tricks, but after that, you can pretty much rip any shirt off your body.

2:51 Yo. Clothes ripping from muscle growth is a real thing. First thing to go is typically the buttons... Sleeveless shirts are especially nice at that point because the muscles (especially in the shoulders) generate so much heat it's hard to keep cool. and the fact it's sleeveless typically means it's easier to move rather than being constricted.
Having a gusseted crotch in pants/shorts is also important for being able to move well.
