noticve the 300 yards between the ocean and your back yard is very snakingly and deceptedly not shown, the pacific coast hwy all 5 lanes are you back yard, thats what you gotta cross to get to the public beachj.. fuck ,that.. this money for that and not even a private beach.. aint gonna happen bro 5 million tops...
