Why not just put the shoe covers on or take your boots off? Seems unnecessary to go to the owner for special permission. Regardless, beautiful home and nice job on the tour.
I mention it because people always tend to have an issue with me wearing shoes inside. I wear shoes inside as it’s a better aesthetic for the video, photos, all the media content I am doing that day 🙏
Grant you have me again, 4 floors?is there a basement because for external quick video shot I see Grd,1st and 2nd, you like keeping your viewers in suspense
Grey kitchen, grey bathroom, grey at the office, grey when you get back. Grey is the corporate colour, its not in the least bit home like. These are over priced for the space you end up with. It's quite cramped and you certainly couldn't have kids there. It's more the city crash pad for corporate types which are a dwindling breed now.
Very smart. Video and property well presented. Good job.

Yes my thoughts - why even mention it? Odd

You keeping your shoes on is definitely not a good look
@@jas9563good for them! I keep mine own with the clients permission

Marylebone/ Baker Street, do they still paste those business cards on pay phones, lmao
I don’t think that’s a gas fire. I think it’s one of those bioethanol burners
You’re right 🤦♂️

1 under offer pre marketing they are actually very competitive on a £psf basis for Marylebone
True it's more like a bachelor pad or for a couple with no kids, no heavy cooking too, because it's too compact
Not worth that
We will see 👀
