    Bullicante: This is applied to very thick glass. It consists of overlaying several layers of air bubbles in a grid pattern within the vitreous wall. This mass is then pulled with the blowpipe, which creates tiny depressions imprinted in a regular pattern on its surface. This process is repeated several times to reveal several layers of bubbles.

    Hey guys. That art glass bowl at 17:50 style I believe is called handkerchief because of the shape. The style is deliberate. The earlier orange tea set looks like lustre wear. Was it? Good video again, thank you both. ♥️ I think glassy baby’s are easy to tell (apart from the distinctive shape) because usually the very bottom is clear glass and the colour begins slightly above the clear.

    One question I really hope you'll answer in your Q&A video is how you identify items. For example, I will sometimes find things I believe could be somewhat valuable, but I try Google Lens and it only shows similar items but not an exact or close match. (Same with Google searches, Ebay searches, etc.) Also, this is worse when an item is signed but you can't read the full signature or all of the letters. For example, I have a miniature pitcher (or is it a bud vase?) that is signed P.C. Di____?? I have a signed midcentury ceramic sake set but I'm not sure how to read it (does it say "AT" or am I reading it wrong?) So, any tricks if you don't know exactly what the item is or what the signature is and therefore the approximate age or value or how to describe it? HELP GUYS! :)

    @jessicaprintke4973 Год назад

    Oh wow your buttons. Did you test them for gold content? A lot of times people don't realize but buttons and belt buckles often are made of Sterling silver and/or even gold. The inlays could also be precious materials or desirable materials such as Mother of pearl. You really should have your buttons evaluated more closely. I once saw a woman buy a gigantic bag of black zippers. She made a small fortune. Because apparently people need zippers and it cost her almost nothing for shipping and people paid a lot of money for one zipper.

  • @jessicaprintke4973

    It's all about volume. I see people that are very successful and it's because they have volume. One lady stores 5000 items that she puts for sale on eBay in 1 house. She makes very good money. It's true because I've sold the strangest things. Like Santa Claus on a toilet. It was an outhouse. But it's sold. It wasn't anything fancy. But we are in the resale business So we don't care if it's fancy. Then I heard another lady call her stuff bricks and motor She said that her expensive stuff is the motor I guess Santa Claus on a toilet would it be bricks. But in reality It's all about volume. The more you have The better you do Regardless of what it is. You could even have really bad taste and still make really good money.

    I don't think you lost out on the sessions clock. Seeing how somebody applied some kind of paint To the 1930s Clock That was actually mass produced. You can find those clocks very easily on eBay. A lot of people did apply bronze to theirs I think that was a fashion I remember there was a time when you could actually send off your baby shoes to have them bronzed and then returned to you it was I think during the eighties. It was a thing and everybody wanted everything bronzed. But it looks like somebody applied some kind of weird paint and I don't think that that helped the value
