@@vineyardchickshomestead , id love to, thank you. I hope to start a little hobby farm myself and loved how "to the point" your videos are. No messing, just straight to the point. thank you.
I've been watching lots of videos trying to find one that would offer some great tips and design ideas and this video has really helped what we plan on building. Great job.
I am so glad my video is helpful. Thank you! I truly appreciate it. Good luck with your plans and if you have any questions, I would be glad to answer them. -Trie
Thank you and thank you so much for taking the time to comment! I've made some updates to the pen an electric fence since last year and I'm always happy to share. -Trie (girl in video)
The cool thing about pigs and other livestock is they aren't fussy just as long as it works. I used an old pick up truck topper. Wasn't fancy or pretty but they loved it. All that fancy stuff is for the owner, not the animal. I've seen 5k chicken coops for 6 chickens. Mighty expensive eggs!
Great point! We start them in this pen and train them to electric in here before moving them to pasture. We lost some video footage for the follow up videos in 2020 but we promise to do more video on our pigs next year!

Yummy Bacon.
Bacon seeds. YUMMY!!!
I used a old refrigerator with the door taking off and then added straw for the piglets and they love their refrigerator house lol
That’s a very cool idea! We’d love to see a picture! Thank you!

Thanks! Glad it helped.
@@vineyardchickshomestead Glad you like it too 🤙
Everyone loves bacon!!!
You can actually save money if you free range your pigs and they will be happier, nice pen though.
