It‘s the same here in Germany. You can get everything but toiletpaper... the thing with the facemask and gloves is a behavior i see everytime in a supermarket. There is probably a deceptive feeling of security, especially if you don't take off your gloves or change them before getting in the car.
Waauuuwww, da's daar echt wel vrij goed bijgevuld en ook vrij rustig qua klanten zelf precies op dat moment. Hier ist echt niet te doen met momenten en nog altijd is er amper vlees, brood, eieren of melk te vinden om over toiletpapier, pasta en rijst nog maar te zwijgen. Gelukkig is hier 2 huizen verder een buurtwinkeltje waar wij ons brood hoofdzakelijk halen en nu dus soms ook andere dingen omdat ze het daar wel nog hebben(maar vrij duur natuurlijk wel). OOOHHHHHH BIG BOX OF GOLDFISH! :) Man, wat is dat toch met dat toilet papier? :p Hopelijk hebben jullie toch nog genoeg voorraad want ik vraag mij af of die mensen dat allemaal opeten ofzo? :p MOUNTAIN DEEEWWWW Echte Amerikaanse Mountain Deeewwww oooh man dat mis ik! Haha, dat viel me hier wel op dat er altijd wel nog zeep was.... van alles wat je nu echt wel nodig zou hebben, zou zeep toch prioriteit moeten zijn :p maar nee, ze kopen liever 10 pakken toiletpapier en handgel... Ik ben het met je eens ivm die handschoenen en mondmaskers, als je ziek bent, moet je thuis blijven en iemand anders je boodschappen voor je laten doen of online en contactloos laten leveren ofzo. Verder heeft het geen zin want ook de spullen die je in de winkel vastpakt en die je koopt zijn waarschijnlijk door anderen aangeraakt dus... Oh well :p Leven en laten leven zeker? :p Wacht, wat? Hello Akel, you wonder in your video that there is no more tolette paper on the shelves anymore from wallmarkt. we also know this here in Germany, it is just as bad with us here. Two weeks ago, they were even beaten up because of a pack of tolette paper and the police had to intervene because of an insignificant article. I am slowly no longer knowing where all this is headed for when a war begins for such an insignificant object. but i think in such an exceptional situation everything is questioned. a packet of tolette paper becomes a status sumbol like it used to be a porsche. I just don't know where all this should lead to, so I always say please wash your hands carefully and always carefully when you come home, because that's exactly how I do it, stay healthy because it would be a shame that your biggest have reached zeil and fail because of a small thing like the Corona virus. you just worked too hard for that. I wish you both a lot of strength and a lot of health that you will be able to build a stable future over there. Greetings from wolfsburg (lower saxony), it is not exactly easy for us, the clinic was closed due to several coroana cases. the city of wolfsburg has to go through now, let's see how things develop here on land. therefore all the best for both of you.

I don't think the UK has ever been eligible because it's specific to countries that typically have very few people who emigrate to the US and because of the way they calculate it I think it also favors low population countries. I saw somewhere that residents of Northern Ireland were eligible, but I don't the politics of how they determine if you're eligible (say you moved to Belfast from London, could you then apply, or you you have to have the dual Irish citizenship thing?)
