its depend on you. agar aap personal data select karenge to sirf application delete honge. aur pictures aur document safe rahenge.
agar installation me personal data ka option nahi dikha raha hai to file ka backup lelo ya fir use dusre jagah copy kar lo

Well it depends on you but if you want my suggestion then you should change your setting to manually because if you download & install updates manually then your data consumed less as compared to automatic.
