If you don't see the MSAA option in your Vitagrafix Configurator app uninstall the Vitagrafix plugin from Autoplugin 2, uninstall the Vitagrafix Configurator app and delete its entire folder using Vitashell (ux0:/data/VitaGrafix) or your PC.
Reinstall the Vitagrafix plugin from Autoplugin 2 or download it here: github.com/Electry/VitaGrafix/releases

Hey, how to set msaa in vitagrafix, I can't find it.

I downloaded the latest but there is no msaa enable please help.
This Vitagrafix code doesn't have MSAA. In fact the latest patchlist.txt doesn't have any MSAA patches

Holy cow this looks so much better and I thought the game looked great non over clocked. I'm going to look into over clocking the PSTv!
Yeah it should look much better on the bigger screen with the PSTV! Here in the comments there are other resolutions supported, even slightly higher than this one, but with some compromises. Less fps or some glitches like missing lights and stuff like that github.com/Electry/VitaGrafixPatchlist/issues/7 anyway they all are welcome improvements over the stock resolution (with Vitagrafix enabled obviously 😊) and yeah LOLIcon does a really good job by overclocking the system to its full potential!!

Wow looks great, this was a great game for the vita, but the stock resolution was always a bit of a sore spot for me. Especially now seeing that it can run 480p at 30fps this well (minding the overclock 😅)
This is so beautiful, truly the playstation vita.
I really wish they add more games to the patchlist Vitagrafix is the second beast plug-in on vita before Overclock for sure

you can try with
800x500 better resolution with the same config and same result, it look's pretty close to the native resolution and doesn't have slowdowns or weird graphic glitches.

Now if only it was possible to remove the 30fps cap... I haven't played this on the Vita but I might just do if it runs that well. I noticed you decreased the resolution to 480p. Is regular 544 too much for a stable framerate?
Default resolution is 640x368 😅 it doesn't run at full display resolution. The only way to increase the resolution is using Vitagrafix and any overclock plugin that max out the CPU speed at 500MHz. Here you can find other resolutions supported that lets you play the game at nearly 30fps. I've tried them all but the only one stable and without glitches (like missing lights and other stuff) is the 480p one github.com/Electry/VitaGrafixPatchlist/issues/7 If you set the resolution to 544p the fps drop to 20, even with MSAA disabled (so no anti-aliasing). There are still no other methods to increase the frame rate, maybe with a future Vitagrafix update but it would be at the cost of lowering the resolution, 'cause I doubt it would run at 45fps or higher at the stock 368p, which is already blurry enough 😅 So this is an upgrade over the stock game 👍🏻
@@Riga89 Ah I see. That's awesome. I already have VitaGrafix and lolicon installed so I should be good. 30fps is perfectly reasonable anyway as long as it's stable. Should be interesting to test.
Yeah it's definitely an improvement over the stock resolution. Even tho the full 960x544 is truly amazing, you can see any detail! Unfortunately is too slow... Maybe there'll be more improvements in the future, finger crossed! 😁🤞🏻
@@Riga89 Eh to be fair I wouldn't hold my breath on that haha. But yeah we can hope. Still I can definitely make do with this the way you showcased it in your video. The only way I enjoy arcade racing games is on a handheld platform so this is exactly what I needed to play a Need For Speed game again after about a decade! 😁
@@Riga89 Hey I remembered another method you could try to squeeze more performance out of any game. Have you tried the CoreUnlocker80000H (now CapUnlocker)+ioplus plugin combo? It allows you to optimise the CPU threading on the fourth core of the Vita which is normally reserved for system operations, thus effectively improving the CPU's processing power. If you can get it to work that is because for some reason I can't. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but the plugins just don't work for me even though I have them both installed.
Nice video I still have my PsP Go I found it a few days ago brings back memories. Just one problem though, Gta Liberty City is very laggy do you know how I can get boosted performance and high FPS?

Sorry for being so late! Anyway you can set the CPU and the GPU speed by clicking Select and set the second option "CPU Clock Speed" on 333/166 or by going into Recovery Menu, CPU Speed

I think that for now the only solution is using the overclock function. LOLIcon plugin does a good job 👍🏻 have you tried it? Anyway I'll search for more possible solutions and then I'll let you know here 😊

Ciao! 😊 No non ce l'ho però in realtà è molto semplice. Basta il plugin LOLIcon scaricabile tramite l'app Autoplugin. Si accede poi al menù cliccando Select + freccia in su, si può impostare vari livelli di overclocking e scegliere se abilitarlo sempre oppure gioco per gioco, poi salvare e chiudere il menù con Select + freccia in giù. Si può mettere anche il valore degli FPS nell'angolo in alto come nel mio video e altre statistiche di minore importanza. Qualche tempo fa era l'unico che spingeva all massimo l'overclocking fino a 500MHz, adesso forse anche altri plugin lo fanno, sempre tutti su Autoplugin. Diciamo che conviene abilitarlo solo su giochi più impegnativi o modificati con Vitagrafix come nel mio caso. Negli altri è meglio non abilitarlo o abilitarlo a un livello più basso 😊👍🏻

Mah diciamo.che non conviene lasciare l'overclock sempre a 500Mhz e infatti come ti dicevo altri plugin non ci arrivano neanche, però ci ho giocato tutto Most Wanted per svariate ore (almeno una quindicina) e non ho avuto problemi 👍🏻😊 di per sé il processore e la scheda grafica supportano quelle frequenze, per una questione di risparmio energetico le abbassano in modo dinamico ma arrivarci ci arrivano 😊

Does the overcloking damage hardware of PS Vita?
No it doesn't damage the hardware and you can set the overclock only when using specific games. For example I use it here in Most Wanted and in other few games 👍🏻 the base clock of the Vita CPU is 333Mhz. The chipset can support up to 2Ghz actually, the overclock plugin can push it up to 500Mhz, so there's no risk to damage it. The GPU base clock is 200Mhz

Hi, I also have the MSAA problem not appearing for me, I noticed that entries regarding MSAA does not exist in the patchlist text file (no @msaa entry), would you mind posting the exact text need for the patchlist so hopefully it would finally appear and work normally?
What I suggest is to uninstall the app, delete the entire folder and reinstall it from the official site. Anyway here's the patchlist, which is the same as 1 year ago

Mmm it's weird.. other users told me they have solved the problem. Are you using the latest version of Autoplugin?
@@Riga89 I also don't have the MSAA option, Vita 1k 3G/Wifi Model FW3.60 Henkaku Enso EX, Vitagrafix 5.02 and configurator 3.0
I've 3.65 but I don't thinks that's the problem. I cannot really figure it out but I'll do some another researching 👍🏻
i can't find the msaa under internal resolution. can i have a copy of your patchlist.txt? maybe msaa will show up if i use your patchlist
Try to uninstall then reinstall both the plugin and the Vitagrafix app itself. Another user in the comment section had the same problem and managed to fix it by reinstalling these 2 and by deleting the ioplus plugin too. He said that he downloaded the plugin from internet (probably github) instead of using Aitoplugin again and finally fixed the issue. I've downloaded everything through Autoplugin tho
@@Riga89 i uninstalled and deleted everything related to vitagrafix and its configurator, installed it fresh by going to official source github but still no msaa option under internal resolution. Its really frustrating haha. can i see a copy of your patch list so i can see the code if there are msaa in the patchlist.txt under need for speed?

Yeah maybe a little bit due to overclocking, but I've used my 1000 Vita at least for 1,5 / 2 hours with it enabled with this game so it's not so bad 😊

You just need to open Vitagrafix and you'll find it 😅😊👍🏻 (spoiler: yes but performance may vary depending on which resolution you choose)
Can u still log into origin?
I haven't been able to log in into origin for a year. I've switched my psn account without formatting the console (I've used an app instead) so it keeps telling me that I logged in with a different account. I should format the console and try again but I think that origin has a problem. I've read that they've probably fixed it but I'm not sure, I don't remember very well.
I like the game on the vita but that price is twice as the PS3 version.
You can modify your PS Vita and get it for free like I did 😊👍🏻 and you can also increase the resolution and the performance of it like written in the first comment. Search for Tech James on RUclips, he has a lot of tutorials on how to mod the Vita
Physical copy is considerable cheaper than it is on PSN. I don't know why it's still practically full price on PSN for quite an old game, when most other Vita games are discounted on there.
Vitagrafix not working for me.
Hi 😊 did you install both Vitagrafix plugin and the app itself? The only solution that come to my mind is to try uninstalling and reinstalling both

@@Riga89 It shows a "Your game version is not supported" message when in fact the game is completely supported by itself.

Some other users said the same. Try to uninstall both the plugin and the app itself and reinstall them, it should work

You need both the app and the plugin, you can download the app from github but the plugin is on Autoplugin as well
