This is the only Christmas Album I need :D
This music is a perfect fit for someone like me who lives in Canada's great white north where the winter here last 6 months a year! The instrumental, the voice, everything is truly epic from the 1st song to last, simply amazing, I really like the fact that there's talented musicians from all over the world that have contributed to this album, it creates a sense of unity in a world that is often too divided, the vocals are really amazing!
Leah, you have nailed it once again! Thank you for letting me be part of the crowd funding! This will be great music for my Winter Solstice celebration later this year.

This is absolutely gorgeous. A masterpiece, Leah. Really.
First the bad critique - at 35 minutes it's a bit short!!! That's the bad out of the way.
I promised myself not to listen to any of this album until I'd got the CD. High quality first impression. From the very beginning onwards, it is a very beautiful album and very much worth buying. Coming in to December, it is now highly likely to be the best album of the year - for me at least.
It has been very generous of Leah to put on to RUclips the full album and I hope listeners dont just settle for that - the real quality is in the CD. It's a great album worthy of the best. It has also cost Leah to put it together.
I still would like Leah to do a Christmas CD - traditional hymns and carols. It would be superb. I have always thought so and this CD reinforces that view.

I wanted to thank you for making such wonderful music. I can only find a few bands like this with Nightwish being at the top. However, recent years have shown Tuomas has moved from the fantasy element that made his music great into a more evolution darwin push. Each album has an anti-god/hate god song now. I get the reasoning but it has influenced him in the wrong way. The fantasy for me has left the band. If honest, I think your music is now more in line of what they once were. They may have the years and Tuomas' genius musically but LEAH has more the rich fantasy and otherworld touch that is the main draw for me. I am an avid lover of fantasy and symphony/metal. I listen to your music while writing. Thanks for the wonderful experience of an otherworld dream.
I couldn't agree more. I love the magnificent talent in Nightwish. To me Floor is arguably the greatest female singer of our time and her singing is very emotive to me. However there is an overall feel or vibe in Leahs music that is magical.

I wouldn't bring the melody, the music itself, as they are wonderful ... they're an invitation to solitude and to think within ourselves. But I do bring the fact your voice is a God-giving gift, Leah. The sustain, the variations, the self-controlled vibrato, etc.

What pleased me the most on this album is that you can cherish whenever and with whomever, because it is impossible not to like its purity and sound awesomeness. Made for every type of audience, it is my album of choice already for Christmas - even not being christian myself.

BTW: I know the scenery is supposed to one of a winter landscape, BUT when I look at it, it reminds me of Castle Dracula high in the Carpathian Mountains. I am positive that the Lord of Vampires feels the same as me. :) :)

It sounds really wonderful and not at all too 'standard Christmassy stuff', if that makes any sense (and that's a big positive!). When you said you wanted to make a non-metal album (so no distorted guitars and heavy drums), I wasn't expecting this at all, but a great decision nonetheless! Keep up the amazing work :)
My only criticism, is that The Messenger is too short !.
