Fosters is Australian. It's just that we don't drink it, it is made for the export market, mainly USA.
Gabe is great, he learnt about Aussie culture and took it well.
Not true, it was originally made for Australian's, it was south Australia's number 1 beer, just nobody here drinks it anymore, and is sold mostly in the UK not the USA
@@darrell3975 You are right. I’ll even admit to having a pot or 2 in pubs in Melbourne in the early 80s. But around mid 80s John Elliott decided to make it the export brand for CUB and they changed the recipe to suit USA tastes. So it effectively became a different beer.
Remember what Monty Python said… “American beer is like making love in a canoe, it’s f$&king close water”.
After that Aussies stopped drinking it. About the only people in Aus who drank it were pommy backpackers and tourists.
5:32 Just like an Aussie to give a complete stranger something of value. Just for a talk. We are special.
If they were drinking Bundaberg rum, not mixer in a can, then it's 40%. Each bottle holds 700ml., so 3 bottles is 2.1 litres. That's just over a litre each. Yes, Fluffy would have been well lit up.
The part 2 at the airport is great as well
2:47 It is always the second litre that get yah. The Sun comes up and the birds twitter. Then your mates mum says "why are you sleeping on the beach?"
Dude you have got to check out the racist gift basket joke from his Hawaii special
You have to get the next bit of that section because he goes to Macca's you have to watch it you will laugh your head off
Fosters is an Australian beer, for foreign market, no o e will drink it here
You can buy it if you search, but we Aussies know that there are at least 100 better beers brewed here. I think Barry McKenzie has a lot to answer for.
mate this is the 1st time I've heard of this comedian. he seems to be funny
Foster’s beer is an Australian brand, maybe it’s been taken over now, I don’t know. Aussies are into boutique beers as well as their regular favourites, I believe they’re drinking less beer now and are interested in other alcoholic drinks too.
A litre of Bundy each. Possible, I’ve seen it done, but very rare.
said he was drinking bundy and cola out of a bottle, the big bottles are 640ml and 2.3 standard drinks, if he drank 3 bottles it would be equal to 6 beers so nothing crazy.
Reacting to these bits out of context brings up a problem: the person reacting doesn't understand many of the things that were said earlier in the performance (like "country full of Daves" here, which ties into the narrative about Dave the driver), and overall the person is ruining the experience for themselves.
Fluffy's performance has a certain dramaturgy, it's built up in a particular way, it gradually builds towards a point, and the best way to enjoy it is to see it all at once from start to finish. Not these stripped-down bits.
And how do you combine watching the whole video with the action of a reacting RUclipsr? Simple. Film yourself watching the whole hour-long show, then chop it up into maybe +- ten-minute parts (of course, making sure that each part ends with the punchline of a story), give those chopped-up bits an intro and outro, and release a part maybe every 14 days.
Lol those Bundy rums aren't that strong I probably 5% I think. So 3 bottles isn't that hard to knock back.
In fact that it was 3x 700ml UP Bundy, 37%, So they were sh!tfaced.
@@shaneb4612 they were drinking bottles of rum and cola, the big 640ml bottles are 2.3 standard drinks 4.6% 3 bottles is equal to 6 beers.
