- Democratic Congressmember Jamie Raskin of Maryland says the Supreme Court's ethics rules are woefully inadequate, as evidenced by conservative justices accepting lavish gifts from billionaires without disclosure.
Not even having a reporting system is a major red flag.
Nowhere to even track complaints.
There is a system for all justices in the judicial branch SCOTUS are in the judicial system. Yet, they chose to NOT abide by the rules of conduct or ethics.

You’re not comparing apples and apples. A politician can get money for their campaign, but they can’t receive a $500k RV. Their nephew can’t get a private education paid for, nor can his mother’s house be renovated.
A politician can may use those campaign funds to do those things, but they end up in jail if they do. If you check, many have been jailed for misappropriation of campaign funds.

If you didn't know, the weapons of lobbies are not bribes, but a promise to give or to withhold voices and money for elections, and this is perfectly legitimate. I suppose you don't complain when the lobbyists are trade unions or environment activists. They aren't Jews, so no problems.

We're talking about less than $10. She didn't want ANY hint of impropriety. After the project was complete, the warrant expired, over 18 months later, she accepted a date with me. 😅😅😅😅 And, we lived happily ever after with my firm unable to bid a project at her post.....
