Baked the suji fruit cake. I used double the measurements that you have told to bake a bigger cake. I baked it on the convection mode in my microwave. It has come out superb. Thank You for such wonderful recipes. I love baking but due to my teaching professor I could not continue for so many years. Now after retirement I am back to my passion and trying out your awesome recipes.
