Leadership: what trait does a good leader has?

Hello guys,
Today, I have a video about traits of a good leader. so let explore them now
The first trait is that a good leader have to be honest. Honesty or integrity is one of the key elements of a leader.
Secondly, a good leader has to be able to give tasks to his / her employees which goes hand to hand with the third trait which is communication a good leader has to communicate effectively with his employees and customers.
Forth is self awareness. self awareness is the act of recognizing the ability of being aware.
Fifth, a good leader should be grateful. Gratefulness is important because, it can help with opening new doors.
Sixth, a good leader should learn easily.
Seventh is influence. A leader should be able to influence others with the way he talks, the way he or she live his or her life.
Eight is courage. A leader should be courageous, because they would probably would have to go through some obstacles.
Number nine is respect. Respect is really important to a leader.
