I do practice letting my “fixing” issues go- then after some time passes I’ll suddenly realize that I have not been thinking & coming up with any solutions .. then pick them up again! As if I’m really not helping if I’m not worrying and fretting over it all. It’s crazy! And I know all too well that God tells us to do the opposite so why is this so darned hard !?!?!
